So we're not getting Pogrebnyak because we signed Diouf? Massive disappointment...

We're replacing a striker (Derbyshire) that plays right winger with a striker that plays right winger (Diouf) and that's it? It all baffles me, I know it's easier said than done but we failed to sign players in the summer when there was an obvious need for reinforcements and now we're making the same mistake again...?

in a way i agree with you - dont sign the rejects of our rivals, but spurs do have a full squad of midfielders. they hardly need more, but we desperately do. our midfield line is either crocked or championship quality.

Diouf isn't a "right winger". He's a striker who doesn't score goals so gets played on the right. There's a difference.

no, because spurs have too many midfielders, so he have to make a huge impact there!

I cant see him being let out on loan.....

His contract runs out at the end of the season so if they sell him now they get a fee,
