Roberts played very well against Man City, One goal and one assist.

I'd like us to go for a big name if we do lose Santa Cruz, I think Podolsji would be worth a try. I know peopl say he would never join us but it would certainly be worth a try.

If Podolski wants a shot at premiership football then well worth a go. If he wants to make a big impact by saving Rovers his stock would increase massively and dare I say his sell on value. His career has hit somewhat of a brick wall with Bayern, much like the last guy we got from them.

The club have had succesful dealings with Bayern in the past so that must count for something. A loan deal with the view to making it permenant in the summer would be nice. Can't see Bayern going for it but you dont get if you dont ask.

he's going nowhere at bayern and needs a move, the prem may appear an interesting proposition for him. He must have seen how Roque has got on since his move.

He loved it at Cologne, he played week in week out and the fans loved him. I see a lot of parallels between Cologne and Rovers.

He would happily go back there but they can't afford him. I wonder if he would come on loan.

well nobaody thought Anelka would sign for Bolton but Sam pulled that one off!!

......Sorry, i dont mean thats how sam got anelka to sign, by pulli..... ah, forget about it!!
