This infuriates me like no other Rovers topic.

On Blackman and Bunn. Do we not have enough 20 year olds who are nowhere near the first team. If we learned anything over the past few months it's that we have a large wage bill filled with a lot of unlikely Premiership players. We could loose 10 possibly more of these 'hangabouts' and start redraughting the youth system and it wouldn't affect the 1st team one bit. It shouldn't be like that.

Just looking at the game the Irish kid had for United yesterday - Ferdinand might not be 1st choice in a year or two.

We lose a player and we HAVE to buy. Tugay - who's his understudy - Grella!

We have to clear the youth system out and start again.

If we buy we must have players who are first team bound or what's the point!

Off topic I know but totally agree. The club has been badly let down by The "Academy"

There are better things to do?

They were joking, of course there isn.t

Especially when your'e getting paid to be at work and you spend all your time on here!!!

Another signing to save us from relegation!!!

Bring on the 15yr olds!

My bad he is staying with Cambridge until the end of the season and will link up with us for the summer, we're going to have to battle relegation without him!!

The last two paragraphs on that US youngster, maybe certain Premier League managers should take note.

But George explains that Blackburn have gone about the deal in a professional way and have offered to compensate Cambridge over the Ramm deal.

"Blackburn Rovers have shown great integrity and respect to speak directly to ourselves at all times and agreed a compensation package before approaching the player."

stop harassing a player who just came in for being an Ince signing.

It's nok like he is 33, fat and Ince's friend.

Leave him alone for gods sake.

?

im angry that ince still poke us with his dealings. i have nothing against the kid, but i doubt he will do us anything good this year. maybe in a few years, but we need people that can push for a starting spot now.

I agree with the last part, but I don't think it is a bad dealing just because the name appeared under Ince.

He's yet to break into the Bordeaux team, so we couldn't expect him to come here and play. I've seen him and he is quick and strong, so certainly will develop into a good player and would offer us something different, but he wouldn't be a Santa Cruz replacement. If we signed him I'd be delighted. He's very highly rated in France but only has 18 months left on his contract, so I doubt there would be a huge fee involved.

There is somebody on the official site pretending to be a "Nicko type" character, he mentioned Saviet's name.

I'd guess that is where Phillipl has got it from.

I remember he was the youngest player to play for Bordeaux a few years ago, since then I don't think he has done a lot.

There will be nothing in this rumour I doubt, he will look to at least get a few games and establish himself in France before he even thinks about coming to the premiership.

And I'm still wondering why your last post was addressed to me. I've never claimed anything about the ins and outs of Blackman's signing as you implied. I'd never even heard of him until about 3 hours ago.

You mean a journalist then?

The Macclesfield kid signs...there's another for the list...remember some said that was more anti-Ince stuff when I first wrote it. Huh.

The striker I have heard about would probably be on ONLY if Roque leaves.

Think there has been a move for someone today, but it's not what I would call glamorous...keeping that for the 11 o'clocker.

Saviola is being chased by Portsmouth...not sure he is what they or you need...hardly played for ages.

Jones will be a lot of money - Villa have it, so it's up to them to spend it.

This is proving to be a hard market for people to do deals in, mainly because so many clubs are in the same relegation fight and so many oafs are doing the deals.

Does the striker we are being linked with if Roques leaves play in the prem?

Doubt it. He'd probably jumpy at the opportunity to go to the premiership.

UHHH Oh!!! Not sure how new you are Benni but questioning the validity (even in jest) of any of nicko's stories on this board is tantamount to holocaust denial! Prepare for an influx of nicko fanboys replying with such enlightened comebacks as implying you are a retard, still at school (usually a "school holiday" type insult is thrown), or told that as you are not a journalist you have failed at life.

Edit Sorry, my warning was too late!

Been hear a few years Ewood & i know exactly what you mean about the schoolyard bullying but yopu obviously were not online last night when people were pulling names out of thin air & linking them with us!! ......having said that, it was probably the most exciting moments of the transfer window so far!

Just been on SSN that a Korean International striker has rejected a move to us. Didn't have time to write his name down.

Oh.

This was said earlier this morning. Way to go SSN.

South Korea international Lee Keun-ho has rejected a trial offer from Blackburn.

I was literally just reading that properley myself, that is one of the main reasons I love this club and am proud to support them through thick and thin regardless of what happens.

Arte Et Labore

Definitely :rover:
