Rovers in America Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Atkinson has been well off his game today. Seems like we always get the refs having atrocious days.

1864roverite Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 I havent forgiven Roberts for the misses against Bolton, Sunderland, Chelsea, etc, etc etc etc so I wont forgive Andrews for his miss, that is of course he manages to nick the winner today and today only
Iceman Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 I would be happy with a draw as well. Then hopefully get a win against Man City at Ewood! Still praying for a late rovers winner in this game though.
Rovers in America Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Shockingly poor sportsmanship there from Sunderland.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Oh man, our defending is crazy at times!
bigbrandjohn Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 44,680 pretty impressive. Cant get Rovers feed but BBC Newcastle is a quality alternative.
deftangel Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Shockingly poor sportsmanship there from Sunderland. The ref had two chances when the ball was more or less cleared to blow up as well. He's not having a good day. Managed to spot Samba's handball though didn't he!
1864roverite Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 With Dunny out its going to be a very difficult ask to beat City. It will be very clear to Sam that a new central midfielder and right winger are the priorities now. Step forward Nigel reo Coker
Iceman Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Reo Coker? You must be on something hey. We need a right winger, and a better option than Nigel Reo Coker!
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Anyone know whats wrong with Dunn? Is it just a knock that can be shook off or is it worse? The ref has been awful and now he's passing to the Sunderland players!

Rovers in America Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 It wasn't enough that the ref has been calling the game one sided, now he's going to block our crossing passes too. Anyone happen to know the foul count?
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Usually I wouldn't mind Derbs coming on but we haven't created anything for our attackers and I can't see him getting any chances or creating anything for himself. I'd wait to see if we need to chuck him on for a late equaliser if things don't go to plan.
AggyBlue Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 It wasn't enough that the ref has been calling the game one sided He's doing his best to lose us this game.
deftangel Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 It wasn't enough that the ref has been calling the game one sided, now he's going to block our crossing passes too. Anyone happen to know the foul count? 11-6 to them according to the BBC
1864roverite Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Reo Coker is a central midfielder, he can run, shoot, pass and score. He is not a right winger my friend.
Rovers in America Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 11-6 to them according to the BBC I'm surprised they even have 6. Seems they only have like 1 or 2 called against them. Should easily have 5+ more fouls against them though.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 I take it back. Get Benni off and put Derbs on. Benni has been crap!
farhanology Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 I take it back. Get Benni off and put Derbs on. Benni has been crap! What? Benni has been involved with all of our chances today.
imy9 Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 I hope we keep at 0-0 and then that is something to build on for game against City. Sunderland have scored 8 goals in 2 games so to stop them scoring has been impressive.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 What? Benni has been involved with all of our chances today. Yeah exactly A complete fat zero chances!
