As we all know Paul Ince has proven to be a total dud as a manager and his ineptitude may well yet be the undoing of BRFC as a Premier League team. Looking back all Ince ever did and every major decision he made in hindsight seemed to have been done to anger and disappoint the supporters. If he actually wanted sacking in record time he couldn't have made a better job of it. Can you explain why?

i can,t be held responsible for jw havinge no backbone,as for alladice coming to the rovers it shows how desperate he was to get back into football,i would never apply for a job again if i had been looked over the first time.but then again you will believe he turned us down in the summer

Waggy, how do you view John Williams, the board and the Trustees for whats happened, surely they are more responsible than just Big Sam alone.
