The Gull Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 I purchased an iTeddy for my little girl but have got issues with transferring any music on to it due to a DRM error I believe it is. I recently changed computers so all my music was on an external hard drive before being placed on to the new macbook. I have downloaded the iTeddy conversion software but when I try to convert any of my music, whether it is from a CD I put on or music I downloaded it says it doesn't recognise the file type. When I questioned the iTeddy people about this they said it was probably due to a DRM error as the file tyoes I was trying to transfer are recognised by them. They advised to rip the music to a CD and then put it back on the the computer and try again. Unfortunately this hasn't worked. Any advice please???

LeChuck Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 What file type(s) are you trying to put on there? i.e. mp3, wma, m4a, ogg.
