You at the top of the stairs where the guy was being dragged. Putting in a few punches as he was going past. I think your hat got knocked off in the melee. Me standing about 4 feet away watching it going off (having to get out of the way as the struggle moved towards my seat). You were too drunk to ignore, especially when you stumbled towards the seat I was in after throwing the punches (and after the fight went past).

Oh dear, that episode in Leverkusen was a disgrace, maybe why Waggy does not go to matches cos all those involved got banning orders haha... It was a pleasure to be a Rover in Europe but I did feel a certain amount of shame when that happened! If you are that person then perhaps you ought to stay away!

He was coming back up the stairs when he met the fight head on. I was watching because it was coming too close to me for comfort. I saw him and the punches. And I was 100% sober the entire time.

Seems to be a get waggy brigade on most threads that I read these days and its getting boring, like this site to be honest.

I wasn't with him and didn't see him once in the ground in Germany and my comments on the Leverkusen thread were nothing more than joking around. I was with him the day before the game and on the day of the game and a great time was had by all.

Waggy deserves everything he gets i am affraid Gav. All his posts on here are either to have a go at Big Sam or Diouf and that is BORING the hell out of me and most others on here.

Any sensible loyal rovers fan would know that Sam has changed things round at Rovers, and Diouf has been brilliant since he has come to the club. So before you start having a go at us, i would first of all have a small little word to your so called mate Waggy!!!!

Personally, and i know many disagree but this is only an opinion, I think Diouf was lucky not to be sent off. However, I can't stomach the holier than thou attitude that permeates Arsenal football club, like they are the only ones who ever do things right and everyone else is an inferior being, a thug and a scoundrel. I don't think, despite my dislike of diouf, that he went in with the intent to injure Almunia and it's about time that Wenger stopped trying to make out that every late, ill-timed, clumsy tackle and every one that is hard to pull out of is deliberate and intent on hurting someone. They are not and he is talking rubbish. His players are more prone to getting caught by late tackles because they are quick and sometimes opposition players get a bit frustrated and perhaps go in for tackles they might think twice about, but basically very few pros would set out to injure someone else because they know how fragile a career it is. I've always disliked Wenger but nowadays even more so. I respect his ability to pick players with potential and bring them through to play good football, but I wish he could do it without whingeing and without trying to make out that his team never do anything wrong.
