Agree with all parties, stop the sniping and personal digs at each other. It is a message board and nothing to stop diametrically opposed opinions. Would be strange to all agree about anything. It is about our one love though, The Rovers.

Lets get behind the team now!!!!! Even you Waggy

messageboards are basically an online argument , one person makes his point, other people disagree and discuss, we learn that we dont all have the same opinion, only problem is once the point is noted there is no need to keep harping on about it, people find it boring and argumentative.

Im sure a lot of people were and are in the same boat of disliking sam or diouf but no one man is bigger than the club and rovers will still be here when there long gone.

Discussing Waggy on this thread is quite relevant.

From what I've read, Waggy is as popular as Diouf and from what Jan said about his antics, no wonder!

If he's calling Diouf - "people in glass houses", springs to mind.

Bayer Leverkusen

The fight

You at the top of the stairs where the guy was being dragged. Putting in a few punches as he was going past. I think your hat got knocked off in the melee. Me standing about 4 feet away watching it going off (having to get out of the way as the struggle moved towards my seat). You were too drunk to ignore, especially when you stumbled towards the seat I was in after throwing the punches (and after the fight went past).

:rover: so this was the fight that everybody got banning orders for :!: :brfcsmilie:

Any sensible loyal rovers fan would know that Sam has changed things round at Rovers, and Diouf has been brilliant since he has come to the club. So before you start having a go at us, i would first of all have a small little word to your so called mate Waggy!!!!

Brilliant? Good perhaps. Brilliant? Never. His work ethic has been good, but he's nearly been sent off twice. He scored a tap-in in a very important game, which was nice, but he's hardly torn a side apart yet or won us a game. He's done well, but don't get ahead of yourself.

i think he has made alot of difference since he has come into the club. He has given the team pace and offers us width which the team despertaley needed.

Gaz,

Did we not stand together for almost all of the match, right next to the Bayer Leverkusen fans to the right?

Why are people insinuating you were involved?

The 'trout' had kept schtumm for best part of 18 months until you forced her to open the can of worms. What happened to keeping one's head down, letting sleeping dogs lie and stopping digging when ones in a hole? :P

Anyway it was the dafter trout Gav on page 2 that you should be accusing most.

btw did you manage to get yer cap back? ;)

Under normal circumstances I'd reply in kind to that remark, but I must be maturing with age so I'll let that on slide :tu:

I think it's a sad state of affairs that he has been one of our most exciting players since he's gotten here. Kind of shows you the quality (or lack thereof) of the rest of our attack.

I'm not one of those fickle fans who have gone from castigating Diouf to lauding him although I admit he has added balance to the side and def improved the team... he is still a repulsive individual though.

And the sites 'Golden Stirring Spoon' award goes to........... THENO !!!! :P:tu:

Golden stirring spoon? Not at all. I just like to get things straight.

Excellent summation and my thoughts entirely.

What's wrong with "summation"?

Depends who you're specifically referring to. Some are OK, but others want to blow us all up.

:rover: getting back to spit, can he stay onside and then take a decent corner please :brfcsmilie:

I'm guessing by your remarks that you've given in and are now watching live at Ewood Park???
