could'nt find this match but watching matty play in red and white stripes in the greek cup is weird!

How's he doing? Playing as a striker or on the right wing?

up front

Goodie! Feel free to keep us posted on his progress... Is he up there alone (last game Olympiakos played something like a 4-2-3-1) or does he have someone with him?

Fair point, off the top of anyones head when was the last time Axe scored for us?

I remember it being a grass cutter from 25 yards or so and an equalizer but for the life of me I can not remember who it was against.

Not my head but rather from the guy doing the BBC updates;

2040: That's Aaron Mokoena second goal for Blackburn - both coming in the FA Cup. The first one came against Manchester City in March 2007 after which he was sent off. The news from Goodison Park is that Steven Gerrard felt a twinge in his hamstring, which suggests it might not be too serious.

IIRC that goal was a rebound from 6 yards. Quite well taken, smashed into the roof of the net with his left (?) foot. I could be confusing that with another goal though.

EDIT: Either I or rebelmswar (or both) might look quite silly soon. I suspect it'll be me though.

Maybe he could teach Roberts and Santa Cruz how to knock them in from six yards then.

no vogel again in the squad tonight, Big Sam must not have him in plans then. Playing well by the sounds of things lets hope we go on to win it in normal time. Time for Santa to start scoring again. Cmon Rovers

What's Roque doing?

Missed 2 x 100% chances so far.

I would imagine that he is still catching up with the teams style of play and getting his head sorted out.

He needs a goal and then he will be fine.
