Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Givet and Diouf get their chances against arguably the best United team for many years, if not ever. No pressure, then.

Bobby G Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Cant see us getting anything, but its about time a Rovers set of players and coach surprised us, IN A GOOD WAY. Long overdue.
sambo Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Thanks everyone! Gone down to Ewood and got my tickets for the game! Come on Rovers! Not expecting anything so just want a good day out, a goal would be lovely after none in my last 4 away games (Wigan Sunderland x2 Boro) Been 7 this year, including Wolves Bolton and West Brom and not seen a win yet, this would be the place to do it!
Commondore Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Last night I dreamt that we lost 3 - 7, hattrick from Pedersen... Dont know where that came from, but suddenly that 0 - 4 result doesn't seem that bad!
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 I had a dream in which Benni scored a half volley, but I wouldn't go putting money on it because it was at the BBE and Jason Roberts was in defence for Man United.
bobsterbrfc Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 come on lads deaming about sweaty football is not a good sign....i dreamt about tina from coronation street - i suggest you all follow my lead
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 To be fair, it was the first time I've dreamt about footy for a good few years. I don't like to dream about Corrie after the Nightmare On Gail Street.
Iceman Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Rovers to win 1-0 with Cruz getting the goal!
DeadlyDirk Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Rovers to win 1-0 with Cruz getting the goal! Rovers to win 7-0, hat trick for Nelson. What do you mean optomistic?? Well Iceman started it!!!
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Rovers to win 7-0, hat trick for Nelson. What do you mean optomistic?? Well Iceman started it!!! I don't know what optomistic means, but I do know what optimistic means. Manchester United 0 - 1 Blackburn Rovers (Diouf 87)
Eddie Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Who's this Nelson guy who's supposed to be scoring for us?
bobsterbrfc Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 I don't know what optomistic means, but I do know what optimistic means. Manchester United 0 - 1 Blackburn Rovers (Diouf 87) that would be immense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'd sack swap tina from corry for dioufy if that were to happen
DeadlyDirk Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Who's this Nelson guy who's supposed to be scoring for us? No excuses, poor error!! Maybe I was hoping for an emergency loan signing of Nelson Vivas? Got optimistic wrong as well? I used to think I could spell! I give up!
DeadlyDirk Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Team news is out if Sky Sports is correct, looks like 4-5-1 Robinson Ooijer Nelsen Givet Warnock Diouf Grella Dunn Andrews Pedersen Santa Cruz Interestingly they have Kuszczak in goal so even if we score and break their clean sheet's record Van Der Sar's will still stand. Still gives us a bit more of a chance without VDS.
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Bugger, Fergie must have known Andrews would let rip a piledriver past Van Der Sar. Let's break their clean sheets run, anyway.
1864roverite Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Rovers 18-1 for the win any double for a Rovers 1-0 win with goalscorer is being offered at 100-1 with a bonus ay Micky Dones
tony gale's mic Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 These must be the longest bookies' odds against Rovers in a Premier League game, ever.
bobsterbrfc Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours. Now and for ever. PS: 0-1 (Diouf, 87) will do just nicely Father! Amen.
Grabbi Graeme Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 I'll settle down to watch Setanta MU:TV Yeah I was thinking that myself, have they mentioned us yet According to the commentator, Howard Webb who is ref today has been in charge in Utd's 2 league defeats this season, I know it's not much but it is some hope.
Balwer Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Pretty happy with the team lineup, does that mean Grella will sit behind Dunn and Andrews? Hope so. If Andrews is struggling I want Tugs on for the second half. Happy that Givet is starting at CB.

Anyone else finding it difficult to look at the PC because of fingers involuntarily springing up before their eyes. No rusty spoon will be required if this carries on
