Rovermatt Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 I got the week pass from NFL.com. It's fantastic, I used it to watch the Steelers-Titans game last night. I've just checked the listings though and the friggin Giants-Redskins game is 'blacked out' this Sunday night!

Rovermatt Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 I withdraw my previous comments. NFL.com's Game Pass has crashed. In week 1. What a joke.
American Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Cleveland is looking pretty good, especially on D. Orton is taking too long to throw the ball, but luckily the Broncos are winning 3-0 at the half - totally undeserved. At least the D has improved.
ABBEY Posted September 13, 2009 Author Posted September 13, 2009 how the hell did marsh let it o thru his hands?
Exiled_Rover Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Jake Delhomme needs to retire and hand back the money he got in the contract extension. The guy is washed up and costing the Panthers another game.
T4E Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 tugs,AMERICAN pm me Missed this mate but saw it on FB, thanks pal. Dire game tho. Cleveland is looking pretty good, especially on D. Do you mean Cinci?
American Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 No, I meant Cleveland - in the first half. The Sky game. Heck of a finish in the Denver game!!
T4E Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 No, I meant Cleveland - in the first half. The Sky game. Heck of a finish in the Denver game!! Ah apologies, I didnt notice the timestamp on your post. Broncos got very lucky.
modes98 Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Giants had a brilliant first 2 quaters, Running and Passing games were in top form and the Defense was solid. A soft fake FG touchdown and everything fell apart a bit. Manningham and Smith impressed me a lot, I think Manningham may be the one to step it up this year.
Exiled_Rover Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 So there was absolutely no advanced warning of this draft in the fantasy league then. Nicely done.
ABBEY Posted September 14, 2009 Author Posted September 14, 2009 So there was absolutely no advanced warning of this draft in the fantasy league then. Nicely done. was done 7th sept.. apologies for late draft..been crazyily busy...sent in two mins ago.
sleepyjack Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Anyone see the Cowboys lose their first game in the $1 billion Jones Mahal yesterday? 105k in the stadium. Even better was seeing the Saints destroy the evil Eagles. Drew Brees is a shoe-in for another 30 TD season, which is great since he's the only thing keeping me in contention for this fantasy league.
American Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 room for over 20k to stand, it only has 80k seats. 2-0 for Denver.
ABBEY Posted September 21, 2009 Author Posted September 21, 2009 hungover this morning i was ...2-0..what weeek is it? RAIDER WEEK....cant believe sky have dolfins and chrgers on .
T4E Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What about those 2-0 Niners!!!! :o There aren't enough in the World for that one. Almost as surprising as Denver.
American Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 I'm not shocked at all by either. Niners played some good ball winning 5 of their last 7 last season.
American Rover12 Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 Win of the week has to go to my boy Sanchez and the Jets. 2-0 now and beating NE your first year at home? LEGEND
modes98 Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Anyone see the Cowboys lose their first game in the $1 billion Jones Mahal yesterday? 105k in the stadium. Apart from the Giants Superbowl win, that is the best game I have seen. I've never seen so many good pieces of fortune for one team and then followed up by the Giants normally solid defence just opening up and allowing Romo to do what he wanted. Manningham and Smith have stepped up brilliantly and are giving Eli the options he needs. The only worry is the running game, Jacobs just hasn't got going yet!
USRoverME Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Win of the week has to go to my boy Sanchez and the Jets. 2-0 now and beating NE your first year at home? LEGEND For some reason, I don't think a 16-9 win with the last points score with like 26 minutes to go in the game can be a win credited to the QB... Credit your Defence.
American Rover12 Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 For some reason, I don't think a 16-9 win with the last points score with like 26 minutes to go in the game can be a win credited to the QB... Credit your Defence. Stop this logic and reason. LEGEND!
ABBEY Posted September 26, 2009 Author Posted September 26, 2009 how the bloody hell can someone be a legend after 2 games?
Rovermatt Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 I was on holiday in the US for the last ten days and spent Thursday evening in my uncle's local in Hoboken, NJ. One of his mates is a huge Jets fan and the general opinion amongst that fan base is that Sanchez is very special. He was very excited about the season.
