Cocker Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 I appreciate that I could be being really stupid here but I have read it three times but cant see what the issue is? How can the Man U draw affect when we play spuds
gumboots Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 To suit Sky by the look of it as they have an agreement to show the Villa Man U game which needs to be played earlier to accomodate a Tuesday game for Man U in the champions league. As Spurs and us have nothing else to worry about then we get moved to fit in the big team coverage and to heck with fans having to travel the length of the country and back on a Sunday (not that it affects most of us in terms of travelling but it might in terms of having agreed to work or made other plans)
ABBEY Posted March 19, 2009 Author Posted March 19, 2009 thats whats gnarled me gum...already got plans and its a pain in arse to redo.
Hasta Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 If this happens I can go to Aintree for the National. All Hail Sky TV, ruler of football.
nissefar Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 From manutd.com: "The Reds will play the first leg at Old Trafford on Tuesday 7 April". I guess that means that the Spuds game will be moved.

Exiled_Rover Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Thought it was a 3:00pm kick-off? I'm in trouble if it's not.
Derby Blue Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Just for the record, this post could confuse people. How's that? Or am I just confused by it??

Bobby G Posted March 21, 2009 Posted March 21, 2009 Allardyce on his way to Dubai tonight, cause of the international break. Not sure if the uncapped players in our squad will be joining him too or not, but I doubt it.
