You're way off the mark mate. Believe me, Pedro Mendes is more than good enough for us. If we could keep Grella fit they would be a superb partnership. I know a Pompey fan and she still worships him.

Mendes is not good enough for us, he was ok at pompey a couple of seasons ago, but since then he has done nothing. He is a good player in scotland but not in the prem league. We need to look at younger players to move on.

Kit looks good up to now!!

Depends what you regard as "setting the league alight". Players at smaller clubs never get that level of recognition as you well know.

As a semi related aside - my Pompey friend at the weekend said to me "He should get Basinas on at half time, at least he can pass the ball unlike the rest of our ridiculous midfield. What a difference a year makes. Diarra, Muntari and Mendes to Hughes, Mullins and Davis." Just shows how far they've fallen and how easy it is to wreck something that takes years to build. Sound familiar?

Anyway yeah, Mendes alongside a fit Grella would be excellent for us.

Just been sent a picture message of the new kit its a white top with red and blue trim ill load it up when i finish work and get on my home PC

I would love a black one, but doubt it.

I also think it is Red with a white/blue stripe a la this years away shirt.

Something like Rangers maybe?

It looks the same red as the Rangers kit but it's got different socks.

The Rangers away top is pretty decent, I was against red to be fair but it looks well with the 'Rovers' Blue and White stripe down the middle.

If it's all red we will look like Liverpool from the '80s with Crown Paints as our sponsor!!! Lets hope we get Liverpool's success from the '80s....

It's white. Theres a picture of it in Blackburn JJB at the foot of the escalators. Infact it's almost exactly like the picture Novella mocked up on page 13. Looks ok.

Those shorts are horrible - can someone take a picture then and post it on here, its not difficult.

As for JJB - Surely Rovers should sue them?! ha ha

Not saying its you, but some people really have too much time on their hands to be making fake/fantasy kits.

As for the Celtic kit, i quite like it.
