gumboots Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Has anyone seen the new West 'ammmm shirt for this season? http://www.megastore.whufc.com/stores/west...portal=VO1719DK its 'orrible to be fair most shirts would look awful with ray winstone wearing them
AspRover Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Fair play to them for putting the charity on the kids replica shirts rather than the bookies who sponsor them. I always think its somehow not quite right to see little kids advertising gambling or (back in the day) beer. Though whether this is because they're impressionable kids or because they're not old enough to enjoy gambling or booze I've never quite decided...
A cup of beans Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 to be fair most shirts would look awful with ray winstone wearing them and ALL CLARET coloured kits look awful anyway!
sparky12 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I know that this seasons keepers kit is green but will we be having the top brown was wearing against Roma as a second top or was he just wearing it because the actual top wasn't ready ?? Cheers
Billy Castell Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 Oh dear, check out Getafe's shirt sponsors, and the looks on the players faces:
Mc Love Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 Hmmmm anyone know where one could purchase that blue and white halved kit? They use the red and white on the front for the sponsor - anyone know the email for the marketing division at Crown?
OJRovers Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Does anyone know if there are plans to release any more training kit? I've seen the greeny/blue top, dark blue t-shirt and 3/4 shorts but nothing else - is that going to be it?
brian_gallagher85 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Nice little story coming up on SSN in a bit about Newcastles new away kit launch - they're offering 20% off already
AspRover Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 And even then only 3 people que for the release http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/8166024.stm
brian_gallagher85 Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 And one of the kids has already turned his back on the "Geordies"
waggy Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 went in the rovers shop in town and the new kit is a fiver dearer than the shop round the corner, seems a bit stupid
Stuart Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 went in the rovers shop in town and the new kit is a fiver dearer than the shop round the corner, seems a bit stupid That fiver will go straight into Sam's transfer budget. Thought you'd be pleased...
Billy Castell Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 New Lazio kit. It's very............................bright. With their fans all being Fascists I can't help making the link with the picture below.
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 If that wasn't pink, it would actually look good. That said, it doesn't look like a football top, does it?
champions1995 Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 Wigan have released their new away kit - not good! New Wigan Away Kit
brian_gallagher85 Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 Illuminous Pink for next season then so ?
dazmaz Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 is it that colour for saftey? should be no reason why a defender cant mark his man with that kit.... is it the battle to have the worst kit this season?
magicalmortensleftpeg Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 If it is, Everton have well and truly joined the battlefield, their away kit: http://www.footballshirtculture.com/09/10-...portif-kit.html
Ronin Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 Mind you, Everton's home kit isn't any better either! http://www.footballshirt365.co.uk/new-ever...e-released.html
Backroom Tom Posted July 31, 2009 Backroom Posted July 31, 2009 I like the Everton away kit, is it not also linked to a charity?
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted July 31, 2009 Posted July 31, 2009 It's the colours of the Rhys Jones charity.
