Blackburn Rovers today secured a slot in next season's Premier league without even playing.

After last weeks win over Portsmouth Rovers only needed a point to survive, but with Hull and Newcastle failing to record wins against Bolton and Fulham Rovers cannot now be caught.

This will come as great relief and allow a couple of youngsters to be given extended run outs in the final 2 games.
