Morning all!

I've been a regular reader of the site and thought it was about time I contributed a bit too.

Phoned the ticket office at 09:00 yesterday morning and was on hold a good 30 minutes or so. Finally managed to get through and renewed over the phone. The lady I spoke to informed me they'd been incredibly busy so far. When I commented that was a good sign for the club she sounded more bothered about being busy at work than the positives the scheme must be having on the club!

That's understandable, she's a girl who works in the ticket office, not the Commercial Manager!

I get your point though, sometimes they could do with showing a little more enthusiasm... I've found the staff in the ticket office are generally o.k, the odd ones could do with a boot up their backside though.

My email arrived this morning and I have just been online to buy two season tickets in the Blackburn End but it will only let me buy one!!!

There aren't many tickets left in twos in the blackburn end according to the official site just on the front few rows which means getting wet when it's raining!!!

That's great news that the tickets are selling well. it#s a shame your struggling to buy 2 seats together though!!!

I know there are a couple of odd seats spare around us near the back of the BBE but that's about it. There is a seat that has been empty next for the last couple of seasons next to me that I might buy along with mine if it hasn't gone yet.

Whats the advertising for this scheme like in Blackburn? Has there been a lot of publicity for it around the town, on sides of buses etc?

To be fair I'm not sure, I work out of town so I don't get around Blackburn much.

I know it has been well publicised in the Telegraph, that's about all I've seen.

Good on you eddie. You are playing a blinder there.

He certainly is. But only facilitated by the club playing an even bigger blinder.

I hope its replicated on the pitch next season, once we've captured all these new fans we need to hook them and keep them.

Yep, I mean my friends are only willing to tag along because they think that even if they only make 4 games it will still be at a decent price, especially if they can sell off the odd ticket.

A couple already have clubs, but one doesn't and there's always a possibility that he might end up being a full convert.

The other person you are buying a season ticket for needs to have an online account. Get them set up in their name, then add them as a 'Friend and Family' and then you can buy two together.

Good on ya Arran - you sitting with other newbies??

Some info for you all - The Seasont ticket packs are just being completed by the Marketing department, barring any production issues they should be done and hitting doors middle to late of next week.

me and my mate (also a new holder) have got tickets in the blackburn end.

He said there was a bit of a que at the ticket office when he went down; full of people wanting to sign up for a season ticket

I've seen the Friends & Family button but how would I go about adding someone else to the list?

Thanks.

That element will be changed to make it simpler but here's a method to do it that I've worked out:

1: Go to http://www.onerovers.co.uk/friendsfamily.aspx

2: If you are asked to log on again, please do so using your customer number and associated password

3: You should then see a Friends and Family options appear.

4: Key in the customer number of your friend** and their postcode and then they'll be your friend and you can then purchase tickets on their behalf.

** Obviously they need an account setting up first before you can know this part!

Currently only existing season ticket holders can see the friends and family option when you log on - hence my work around above. It will be changed so that on the seat selection page that non-season ticket holders see, clicking the Friends and Family button there will allow you to add more friends.

Hope that helps, if you need any further help please get back.

Why can existing ST holders not see the ground plans, I seem to only get the option to renew my existing seat.

This needs sorting. Iv just checked too. You can only see either the renew option, or you can see the darwen end plan.

Lee - any chance of opening up the other views to season ticket holders too? So I can see if I want to move elsewhere or whatever?

There isn't the facility to move a seat via the internet, because we aren't up to the 'moving seat' period, hence season ticket holders being unable to see the ground map.

I can see the ground plans as an existing s/t holder but can't seem to renew by seat. On the seat plan there is a red 'r' in my seat no. but when I hover over it it does nothing and there are no options to renew. Help, please!

Rover95 that sounds like you aren't actually logging in with your season ticket account number.

1: Go to www.onerovers.co.uk

2: Click the 'activate my account' button (bottom left)

3: Key in the customer number located on your season ticket card, your surname and your post code

4: You'll then be prompted with your password

5: You can then log in top right with your customer number and your password

6: You should then see your season ticket renewal option.

I've done that and it comes up with the option of a season ticket for 2009/10 when I press select I get the stadium plan which has my seat no. with a red 'r' on it. When I check my history it tells me I bought a s/t last time.

Thanks for the instructions Lee.

So when my brother lets me know his customer number will I be able to see more available seats or has there really been so many seats sold in the Blackburn End?

Thats how many seats are reserved/sold. You've to remember that season ticket holders have until the end of June to claim their seat.

After that the system will be cleared down and any unsold seats will then become available.

Send me a PM with your customer number, surname and postcode and I'll get our bods to look at it.
