same here, only to NO1 or NO5 at the back where everybody stands and chants more. U can also search more thoroughly or the nice lasses that go (heehee)

LOL.. im in row six at the moment with a request to move back (closer to the guys that sing and chant all game) will be a interesting change to sitting just above the crossbar and just to the right of the goal

To be honest if the whole blackburn end is more or less sold out, then id expect it to always be rocking, regardless of where you sit in the stand. Im towards the back of N02, but il be staying put.

I've recruited two now. Just think if every season ticket holder did that, we'd have 45,000 plus walk ons, plus away fans and would have to build a massive new stand to replace the Riverside, or even a new ground come to think of it. ;)

Going for my season ticket on Friday. First one in two years. Also bring :rover: ing a mate who is a first time season ticket owner.

got one of my mates getting one for the first time. she didnt realise you could do it on direct debit

Application went off for 2 Darwen end tickets today.

Me and a mate have decided to get Season Tickets after doing 4 or 5 home games a season for the last few years. Its a longish trip (I dont drive, so its nice n easy for me :brfcsmilie: )

Really proud of our club!

Thats one of the things alot of people always seem suprised by. They should put a stand in town with a couple of PR people on, advertising the fact its £199, or £21.xx a month, or £5.xx a week. Im pretty sure not everyone will know about the great prices and we could capture another couple of thousand.

This is good stuff, folks. Keep up the good work, and make sure the ditherers know about the Direct Debit option!

thats a good idea, have it outside republic like sky +rac do.

just to rub it in... mine was only $129.99 (supposed to be a pound sign but im using the ps3 and cant find it) or 14.40 on DD.. one of the joys of being 20 XD

quick question my mate just asked me about the DD's.. first paymentis on 1st july isnt it?? and its one the first of each month after that for 10 months??

Yeah thats was my idea. Maybe even stick one in bolton town centre - showing price comparisons with Bolton ha ha!

Yeah direct debit is from July for 10 months.

Does anyone know when the ST renewal letters come out please?

Tom Finn said on Monday they expected to start posting them today or tomorrow.

thanks for that John and Hughesy. Did Tom give any indication about sales to date? I realise that there is always an initial rush but we are all hoping that the offer will induce a significant increase in ST sales.

Over 1500 already sold (As at monday) - OVER half of them are new ST holders.

The club expect the Blackburn End to sell out fairly quickly, and then hope fans will buy in the next noisy end 'The Darwen End'.

No point in comparing like for like sales at this point, that will be done once the 'claim your own seat' deadline has been reached.

I wouldn't go overboard on the fact that there are a lot of new season ticket holders in the initial sales. Newbies have an incentive to get in early to choose the best available seats. There is no advantage in existing ST holders renewing before 1st July and most of them don't.

As soon as my application comes through i'll sort mine out!!!!

I know a few people on their hols at the moment so they'll re-new when they get back!!!

I also know of 12 people who've bought season tickets for the 1st time so lets hope this is the new trend.

Advertising for £5 a week in the centre of town where you can sign on immediately would be amazing. Surely you would get a lot of people signing up for that? And advetise £4 a week for under 21s or whatever it is.

THat would be great marketing.

When I went down on Thursday there was nothing covered in the BBE so me and my mate to go Riverside.

As of Monday there were only 500 free seats in the BBE and many of those would be odd ones here and there and most of the rest probably in the corners at the front. It may be that a few will free up after 1st July if there are any ST holders not renewing or moving but I wouldn't hold out much hope of a lot of choice.

That's why we purchased our tickets in the Riverside :tu: Me and 3 others, one being a first time season ticket holder :rover:
