Just received a letter from BRFC to say that due to extremely low demand the away season ticket has been discontinued for next season.

I can't say I'm surprised Jordan, wasn't you one of about 20 people? (might be wrong about that but I heard it somewhere). Whilst Rovers might provide very good value at home, as the rest of the prices continue to increase people will pick and choose their away games even more.

Do some of you not think that some clubs are just pricing away fans out of attending games ?

The away day expeerience is not like it used to be.

High ticket prices

poor public transport

high petrol/diesel prices

poor stewarding at away ends, over officious and ignorant idiots, poorly trained and no common sense

This lot ruins the away day experience.

Wonder how ticket sales have been going - hopefully the packs will create a buzz again and get more people interested.

Just had a look on the planner and looks like there are only about 290 seats left in the lower blackburn end!!

You need to sign in with someon else's account (i.e. a non season ticket holder) - otherwise you cant see it!

like a dummy account?? does anyone have one we can all use??

I know Lee's on holiday at the moment but he has repeatedly asked for us not to be logging on just to see how sales 'might' be going.

And he has absolutely stated that new accounts SHOULD NOT BE CREATED !

Perhaps we can stick to these simple requests?

No we aint allowed to set up dummy accounts. I used a mates who hasnt got a Season ticket.

As for looking at how sales are going - I dont think me logging on at 12am is going to affect too many people who are trying to sign up to new tickets do you?!

There's a surprise. Ordered some tickets for a show from Charter Theatre on Thursday - "They will be with you tomorrow" trilled the lady who dealt with the booking. Still not arrived :(

No packs received here at Rovers Nest yet.

Perhaps but when he bought his season ticket Allardyce wasn't manager. and secondly it's his money to waste. His choice entirely. and perhaps he feels it's more of a waste to go to games he doesn't anticipate enjoying.

My pack was behind the front door when I arrived home at dinner. They have included a couple of extra application forms (to hand out to interested parties I presume) so they will find themselves to my mates fairly soon :rover:

i think he would of found it more enjoyable going to games with sam in charge then when Ince was in charge!! Lets hope he renews this season and you never know Waggy migh start to like Sam!!

We need as many fans down at Ewood next season as we can get to support the club for the amazing deals they have come up with!

mines just come .Is there a chart or anything to see how much dd is for 1 adult and 1 child(£75) mor am i having a moment ?

It won't give you a combined total because if i remember rightly each direct debit has to be done separately

Yeah, but it's still his choice. And i still don't like the manager and I've been going since he took charge. I'd be glad if it was someone else but accept that it's not going to be and just get on with it. I've realised that when I'm watching my team I don't actually have to think about who is in charge - just support the guys on the pitch.
