According to the official messageboard vote - 32% will be new fans

According to this site - 23% will be new fans (if you take out the grooby, waggy & not currently options out)

Find a happy medium in there (27.5%) and we would have around 19,125 season ticket holders - here's hoping the official site if more accurate than the one on here!! 20k Season ticket holders would be fantastic......

Anymore newbies signed up by anyone?!

managed to talk another 2 into it. one will also be buying for his son.. thats 4 in total for me..

20k st holders will be very good. anyone know our average on the day tickets?? i think we could see a regular 27/8 k turnout..

A good start to the season should get people interested and then the rush for tickets should start. We need to get it into peoples heads that there is an urgency to get a ticket or you may lose out.

The more offers like 3 games for a tenner the better. I know people will winge, but we are all happy with our £199 season tickets so lets fill the ground no matter what it takes.

If we can get creeping up to 30k I'll be over the moon. It's a good excuse not to take the car too so I'll have to go to the lusher every home game...

If we do get 20,000 season ticket holders, then we would not have as many fans buying individual match day tickets. Most fans will have bought a season ticket meaning our individual match day ticket sales will go down. We will roughly get around 3500 away fans, and 1500 fans buying individual match day tickets, that would give us an average of 25000 fans per home game. Which is good enough. Don't think we'll ever hit the 27000 mark, unless the big 4 are coming to town.

My pack arrived yesterday, with a letter, my application form, another blank one and a book with player quotes and prices in.

Cool - so the new packs with all the detail are now starting to arrive after the 3rd party mess up with the originals!!

Got mine today. I've already renewed so I will be passing it to a few 'potentials'

Almost 4000 season tickets sold so far - Club happy with the progress so far.

Other update on Season ticket stuff -

Ads will appear on both The Bee and Rock FM and in the weeks running up to claim your own seat (end of the month) there will be opportunities to win ST's. Quite like the Bee comp, as it's a bit of a competitive challenge for fans who have to find a missing word from a clip of this season's commentary.

Also, as part of our deal with Rock FM, their street team will be in the town centre (promo girls in Rovers kits) giving out info.

You'll start to see posters and further ads appearing and within the price campaign there is a strong easy-payment message....

Is the 4000 new season ticket sales or including renewals?

4000 including all - the club are happy with the position currently, which suggests we must be ahead of the normal???

Just done a quick check on the Bburn End lower - Selling very well so far.

About 120 seats left. Only 1 seat left in Area NO2 & 9 left in N04.

Also the crowd seem to be starting to join the Darwen End revolution...

Its a pack that goes to all fans - they dont look to see who has already renewed and who hasnt etc. The app forms can be passed onto other anyway.

no it was from premium credit (the guys that do the dd stuff)

A club will very rarely come out and say its unhappy with season ticket sales tbh Hughsey. Not much left in BBEnd lower but its that Darwen End I'd like to see filling a little faster please.......It appears the club are only selling the bottom half nearest to the Riverside first looking at seat booker.
