I went down to sort mine today, tried to get one near me for my mate, I sit in the BBE N01 row 23, she said there was nothing any higher than row 3 anywhere near.

Looking good so far.

A club will very rarely come out and say its unhappy with season ticket sales tbh Hughsey. Not much left in BBEnd lower but its that Darwen End I'd like to see filling a little faster please.......It appears the club are only selling the bottom half nearest to the Riverside first looking at seat booker.

You love to have moan about attendances

The plan was to fill the blackburn end lower, followed by the darwen end lower. Part 1 is almost complete - once all the forms start returning, id expect the darwen end to fill up much quicker.

Fingers crossed it happens. Lets have some positive vibes about it eh!!

I wonder what the criteria are for packs.

Neither me, my wife, or my son have received them - all lapsed season ticket holders last season (me and the lad have already bought them for next season).

Same here. I didn`t re-new ST last season (due to redundancy) & not knowing if i`d be working.

I`m wondering if i`ll be getting anything through the post??

I was told at the ticket office before the last match that anyone who had even bought one ticket last season would get a pack. (Of course, the fact they didn't have packs then and there to give people who inquired is a different gripe....)

Still waiting for mine.

Judging by the number of letterss we've received in the last year or two since my elder kids left home asking them to renew, everyone will get one. Presumably the messing up of the first mailing and the need to resend the packs has delayed the picking up of lapsed st holders and casual fans.

Contacted by the club recently on the phone. They are trying to market tickets for the weekly draw done by the players. Apparently Notlob have sold 14000 of these type things. Anyway the lady on the phone gave her name as 'Rosie' and I would just like to say that the lady she is a total credit to the club with both her manner and her attitude.

No available seats now in Blackburn end lower NO2 and NO4 (could change come renewal deadline day)

So far I have received just one pack for myself. Inside it says that from the earlier mailing I received this week here are the parts that were omitted. I haven't received an original pack. Neither my mum nor brother, both of who are lapsed season ticket holders but went to games last season have got anything yet.

Got the pack today with 2 renewal forms in, delighted with the price. I might not attend that many next season but I'll certainly be renewing.

Seems like a lot are thinking like this, hope they manage to pass it on for the games they are not attending or we could see no increase at all on attendances.

Same situation here as your mum & brother.

Up till last year I 'd had a season ticket for decades and did the casual walk on games last season. Yet no information has been sent out or any email information from the club.

Maybe its something that the Fans Forum should point out to Tom Finn & John Williams, that is if they dont already know.

ps Ive purchased a season ticket, on line. However thats due to the information provided on this site, despite the club trying their best, marketing still leaves a lot to be desired.

Ok some info for you.

Packs have gone out to all existing season ticket holders. (Those that need to hit the 1st deadline in other words). There are then to be 20,000 packs sent out to casual fans, ex-season ticket holders etc that should be sent out soon.

The 20k packs havent been sent just yet as most will have preferences on where they want to sit, and when the 'claim your own seat' deadline has not passed - its abit pointless if 2000 new people want to sit in the blackburn end, but cant! They might just decide to not bother at all. Where as at least if there are some (which there will be) then we will capture more.

All the info on tickets are in the packs, which all the casual/ non season ticket holder fans will recieve soon. Just be patient eh!!

Ill have you a bet that there were more available when they went on sale that there will be after the claim your seat deadline.....

...as it is those who have the internet will have had first dibs.

The buzz was around when the prices were announced, its a bit disappointing that the packs arent being sent until a month after that. It actually makes it possible to have cleansed the mail of those who had already either renewed, or walk ups that had purchased. Thus saving money and trees n stuff.

Fair enough up to a point. But there was a massive buzz as stu said a few week ago, all was needed was a bit if info in the pack saying that ST holders have priority till end if June, strike while the irons hot!

Hughesy I realise this is an important thing for you, obsessive comes to mind, but please stop posting stuff which is clearly not true. ST holders have NOT received their packs yet, not in this house anyway. The sad fact is the club have made a balls of this. It's a great plan, plenty of incentive, and I applaud the initiative BUT the marketing is nothing short of a joke - again! I've been an ST Holder for 28 seasons, we have three membership accounts with consecutive numbers, our surname is almost at the beginning of the alphabet. It's more than three weeks since the prices were announced and so far we've had one letter (one of the ones which didn't include a pack), no e-mail, nothing at all. When I go to renew online the prices are incorrect, I've emailed the club and had no reply. I'm being charged £149 EXTRA online so I'm damned if I'm going to renew that way. When one looks for contact details, phone, email, fax etc on the official site they are buried in such an obscure part of the club site that I had to ask for help on here to get the info. I don't often go on the club site, it's terrible, 90% adverts and no decent information.

I don't want to be critical but there is absolutely no point in having great prices if the customers can't give you any money! I would happily have paid up weeks ago but now I shall just do it when I happen to remember and have the time to ring the club. Years back I made a statement to the effect "the club don't sell me tickets, I buy them" it looks like nothing has changed. Once again the marketing department have got it wrong.

obsessive? More like I appreciate a good offer when I see one so I like to keep the topic a key one.

Not true? I think you will find the majority of existing season ticket holders have recieved them. The club is not responsible for the delivery and sending out - the 3rd party mailing house and royal mail are - take your beef up with them, not the club!

Have a little patience.........

Whether or not Rovers are responsible for the delivery and sending out, it is Rovers who it relects badly upon. It is Rovers who want the ticket sales after all.

Can you back that statement up?

I agree the club can't control Royal Mail but I presume the club selected the mailing house - the one that made a mess of the first mailing? So where does the responsibility lay? At least partly with the club

Have a little patience.........

Err it's more than three weeks since prices were announced, just over two weeks till the renawal deadline. These things should have been in place weeks ago. I appreciate the club had to know which league we were playing in but I'm certain the decision had been made on pricing for either Championship or PL. The simple fact is this has been another marketing cock up leaving some long established customers unhappy.

I want to renew my season tickets and I am not able to. This is the club's responsibility not mine.
