The club is not responsible for the delivery and sending out - the 3rd party mailing house and royal mail are - take your beef up with them, not the club!

BLACKBURN ROVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE. Whether they choose to outsource it to another company is their business.

Its like saying that Capital One are responsible for harrassing me by phone to have one of their credit cards because ABC Telemarketing in Mumbai ring on their behalf.

Any business is responsible for the actions of a company working for them.

Its a sad fact that YET AGAIN despite the great offer, the marketing has been nothing short of @#/?.

The forms werent ready to go on the website when the prices were announced - it took several days for them to be added.

ST holders are waiting for two packs as one was sent out incomplete - in many cases nothing has arrived

The farce of not being practive with letting people know

The difficulty with a lot of this is that whilst the vast majority of people on this board might be patient with the club, many others wont.

The FACT of the matter is that we have sub standard marketing - you cannot defend the indefensible - Can the fans forum raise this issue please?

Can you back that statement up?

I agree the club can't control Royal Mail but I presume the club selected the mailing house - the one that made a mess of the first mailing? So where does the responsibility lay? At least partly with the club

Its the same mailing house they have used for the last 3 or 4 years - never done it wrong in the past have they.

For the poll - we have our 2.

Well I've got a few people round at my house tonight, some of whom are season ticket holders, some not. Nobody except me has got a pack yet.

It is all pretty irrelevant anyway, the fact is that everyone season ticket holders and non season ticket holders alike should've had something through the door already.

When I go to renew online the prices are incorrect, I've emailed the club and had no reply. I'm being charged £149 EXTRA online so I'm damned if I'm going to renew that way.

Why don't you do it online?

I dunno. :o

Have you tried trawling through the web site, trying to find the information required.

And what about people who dont have the internet.

Everyone appears to assume that everyone has internet access. How many time do you see on tv, for further details visit our internet site. Heck even the bbc / itv etc come up with "if you misssed this episode you can catch up on-line"

The Monday morning after the West Brom game, Every residence to EVER buy a ticket, scarf etc etc should have been sent a pack. Even with a mailing error, if the club had acted at once, any 3rd party fault would have been long sorted by now.

I have a nagging thought that we have seriouly missed a trick.

I can't find any info on the clubs website about which games are included (or more importantly, excluded) in the £150 ticket... can anyone put me straight? I did start trawling through the past 30 odd pages but got bored before I saw anything other than guess work. It would make sense if the "big four" were excluded from this ticket but along those lines, surely Burnley will attract a bigger crowd.

my guess would be that the 4 clubs who bring the biggest following will be the excluded games!!

and to me this would be Man United, Man Citeh, Liverpool and the dingles

just my guess lol

Lass in the ticket office yesterday said they still don't know which 4 games will be excluded from the £150 deal. United and Liverpool are bankers but I'd guess the other 2 will be between Burnley, Everton & Man City.

I bet if Burnley hadn't been promoted, it would have been decided by now. Must have given the club something to think about.

I hear the 'excluded games' will be the final 4 home games of the season, and an offer similar to last seasons '3 final games' will be in place.

You may well be hearing wrong mate. Unless you know something about the imminent fixture list.

Someone's lying then if they've told you that.

Ur hearing wrong unless United & Liverpool are both in the last 4 games.

The plan is United, Liverpool, Burnley & 1 other (to be decided once the fixtures are final)

Giving Burnley the whole Darwen End is stupidity in the extreme.

Sorry Hughsey, Burnley dont figure in the equation.

From what I have heard, away fans from Burnley at Ewood will be around 3400 and likewise for us at the turd, if the authorities have their way and both very early kick offs..
