I cant help you with that but I wish you the best of luck. From what I've read on here, the ticket office staff have done a remarkable job accommodating fans needs, I'm sure you'll get sorted.

Are tickets not on open sale now?

no i was told that they cant sell any tickets until the transfer period is over. i e-mailed club direct and got a reply from john willaims pa within half hour, to say ticket office manager would look into it. fingers crossed. my little one loved it last season, and cant wait to go again

Even if Rovers sell 5000 Darwen End STs & there`s only a couple of thousand non-ST seats in the rest of the ground, Rovers will ignore ticket demand from home fans.It will be a first come first served for the available seats.

I dont agree with that, since when have Rovers been in a position to ignore home ticket demand?.....it should be the Burnley fans with a limited ticket allocation.

It looks like Burnley's attitude at Turd moor is to hell with the away fans lets look after our own first.

There is the possibility of thousands of Rovers fans wanting tickets for this game and not being able to get them. If Bumley have all the Darren End this won't go down well with our fans that miss out.

1960 Cup Final fiasco all over.

BBE & Riverside sold out? Try the Jack Walker Stand, at £299 it's a bargain.

£299 might be a bargain for the Jack Walker but the club has lowered it's price point to attract more support, get a better atmosphere, turn draws in to wins, get more points, achieve a better league position, get more prise money and sponsorship etc.

If the 4,000+ people who will be season ticket holders this year that weren't last where prepared/able to spend £299 on a season ticket they would of bought one last year.

I'm sure that the club will be looking at the way the ticket sales have gone (customer demographics per stand etc) and have shown a willingness to react quickly to developments.

From the outside it looks like the Darwen end tickets have been the least successful part of the new prices with fans preferring to spend the extra £50 to get a full season ticket. The club will have the full picture and maybe take up of new tickets has been similar in the DE as BE lower and the Riverside.

The question is, if a partial season ticket isn't popular with the fans and the club could sell 2,000 extra season tickets at £199 would it be worth it for the club to forgo selling some tickets to Utd, Liverpool and Burnley in future seasons? I would hope it is!

But that one for JW to decide.

We are probably 6,000 ST sales away from there being any problems about any Rovers ST holder seeing any match they want to including those with the 15 match Darwen End deal.

Cletus and his chums have generated a scare over ST sales which simply doesn't exist.

There aren't 6,000 tickets left in the JW stand i would estimate nearly 3,000. I suspect but don't know as we aren't in the full position of all the facts, that the majority of people who will buy DE tickets are groups of singles not families so won't be able to get tickets from BBE Upper.

With over a month to go until the start of the season and the 2nd wave of packs only just landing on doormats, it's not impossible.

I was talking about 6000 STs in the entire ground- there are 4,000 unsold seats in the Darwen End for starters.

To reiterate, another 6,000 STs have to be sold before so much as a single 15 game ST holder in the Darwen End need worry about getting a seat elsewhere in the ground in the other 4 games.

Does anyone know how many season tickets we have sold as ive been told today that 21,700 have been which i find hard to believe!!!

If we have sold this many then i'm very surprised but very happy.

Calm down. For the previous two games at Ewood it took us quite a while to sell out the home ends. Anyone who really wants a ticket will get one no matter what provided they make the effort early enough.

Good speech Hasta.

There really is a big thing being made of this. If these fans who are worried so much about getting a ticket were true hardcore fans they would have had a season ticket since the 80's and it wouldn't be an issue.

We don't usually sell out to Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea and the likes so why will there be a sudden shortage of tickets? I beleive that if you reall ywant a ticket for a game you will get one. Man Utd syndrome is kicking in before the season starts, "Yeah I'm a Rovers fan but can't get a ticket" And if it really does matter that much just buy a £299 season ticket in the Jack Walker Stand. Issue resolved, lets get on with supporting the club we love instead of knocking every decision the club makes.

Nonsense. I'd suggest any REGULAR supporter will be able to get a ticket for the Burnley home game. The club are not stupid and are not going to allow regulars to be disappointed. Just imagine a situtaion where the Darwen End is sold out on the 15 game ticket. Do you seriously believe the club will let those fans down, thus jeopardising the good will built up through the rest of the season.? Williams and Finn will already have a plan, for obvious reasons the club aren't telling us what it is. Given the hysteria generated by some folk since the day Burnley got promoted it's hardly surprising little is being said officially.

The problem, IF there is one at all, will be from the people who only want to watch the Burnley game and moan bucketfulls because they can't get a ticket ahead of the regular support..........and frankly who cares?

I think that people criticising the club over the Darwen End ticket policy are a total disgrace!

The club has reduced season ticket prices yet still receives criticism from the morons in our support.

Utterly shameful.

How do you get to 6,000?

There are 4 games this season when we will have a home capacity of 22,000 and it looks like we might of already sold 19,000 S/Ts?

The 4,000 seats in the Darwen end will be full of away fans.

Thank you.

Your peripheral vision is astounding at times. You should remove the blinkers now and again to see the bigger picture.

Oh, and I care about the casual walk on fan that aren't regulars. One day they may become season ticket holders.

phoned the ticket office this morning as I'm waiting for a seat transfer in the B'Burn End. I was advised that they are still processing application forms and wont be able to start the seat transfers till next week. They are obviously very busy which is a good thing, so patience required.

The bigger picture, as you like to call it, is a few people who rarely set foot inside Ewood will find they can't get a ticket for the Burnley game. The club will make sure those who visit Ewood on a regular basis get to see the game. I've already pointed out to one of my lads, who held an ST for 9 years, that he may not get a ticket as there will be people ahead of him in the queue.

There isn't a problem until the club sell more than 23,000 season tickets. If that happens I'm certain the club will make sure arrangements are made to ensure all the regulars get in.
