not sure why ranulf seems to avoided the point in her last few posts?

she asked the questioned who has sold more Season tickets. i would like to know your answer ranulf given it seems rovers are now past the 17400 mark?

Did you use an abacus to calculate your 17,200 total?

Burnley is the technology capital of the North, so at least our total is goingt to be correct.

We just have a card to swipe to enter the ground, your technology is 50 years old, still a season ticket book with tear off stubs

It's amazing how many of you are unable to spot a little humour and start ranting/ calling troll etc.

Humour?

Do any of you even feel slighly dissapointed how many season tickets were sold by Rovers considering the large price reduction?

were implies sales are finished - they are not.

So therefore it is silly to start analysis final sales figures when they havn't been finalised.

Its like asking you if you are disappointed with Burnley's performance in their first premiership season.

Why on earth does anybody give these dingle pr1cks ^^^ the time of day?

It'll be on the database so should think it'll be okay. If not you can have a nice rant!!!

I`ve no need to rant at the moment mum. I`m totally chilled out ;)

Back on topic:

Slightly. Still, the season doesn't start tomorrow. There's still time to sell more. A new striker would help shift more.

Can I get this straight, you've come on here to have a go about our gates? It's taken your lot years to get to where we are, years. Come back after 7 years straight in the top flight when the novelty has worn off, let's see how many you sell then. Unless of course you're still giving them away - in which case I'd hardly be larging it up. Still who knows what's going on in that head of yours?

Now then "burnley is the technology capital of the North" Do you have anything to back that up? Or is that just more nonsense?

Disappointed the season tickets in the Darwen End havent taken off, but 17,400 ish at this stage isnt bad! Its already nearly 3500 more than last season

Not disputing your source Hughsey but I have just done a count on the on line planner (yeh! I know sad)

Give or take a few max 100 out, these are what each stand has left.

BBE UT 467

BBE LT 35

RS 78

JW LT 620

JW UT 1300

DE sold 750

There is either something wrong with the planner, I can't count, or your source is out of date.

If someone else wishes to count them to confirm the No's, there sad as well.

We are slap bang in the middle of Blackburn holidays.

Lots of people are away.

I think there`ll be a pick up in ticket sales after the holiday fortnight.

Speaking to my nephew before he went on hols, he said he & his mates would probably get DE tickets when they get back......if they`ve not spent up.

My nephew is a manure fan too!! but he loves his footy & says the offers at Ewood are a bargain for prem football.

....plus a decent high profile signing would create more interest. SAM???

I might have calculated this wrong, but doesn't that mean that 21550 season tickets have been sold. As much as I'd like this to be true, i can't see it happening.

Just looking at the figures you give for the JW UT, there's no way on Earth that there are only 1300 seats remaining in there.

BBE UT 467 - not checked

BBE LT 35 - correct, 20 in N05 & 11 in N01, 1 in N02, 3 in N03, N04 sold out

RS 78 - There are about 100 available in E04 alone, 40ish in E01

JW LT 620 - 65 in W06, 65 ish in W05, W04 & W03 sold out, W01 (450 ish) & W02 (2-300) - So i make the lower closer to at least 900-1000 available

JW UT 1300 - W07 probably has about 700 empty alone, W08 c - 250 ish - W11c - 200 ish, W12 - way over 500 empty - Thats without looking at the other areas = 1650 with another 2 areas to check

DE sold 750 - Not checked that, but at the beginning of the week we were at just under 500, hope the increase is correct.

Red line ones are the restricted view seats mate.

Trust me we havent sold 20k season tickets, if we had the club would be shouting it from the rooftops.

I'm not saying we have the on line planner is.

Mine is not an ish count I have zoomed the planner in and counted every row every seat. even if I'm 500 out on the three sides something is not right.

That's all you can do count the seats available.

The planner is abit of a blag though - someone mentioned that the front 2 rows of the darwen end havent been sold, just blanked out - not sure if thats true, but it could happen in other areas of the ground too??

Either way it was 17,200 sunday/ monday and the club said we are selling between 20-40 a day on average.
