JW UT all seats including the grey areas 7200 ish

JW LT approx 3500

So say 11,

I think from a previous post the figures are thus:

Walkersteel Blackburn End Lower 4974

Walkersteel Blackburn End Family Stand 3184

WEC Group Darwen End Lower 4897

WEC Group Darwen End Upper 3143

Jack Walker Lower 2928

Jack Walker Upper 4884 (not including Directors, corporate or press seating)

Fraser Eagle Stand 5424

The above are the seats that can be sold to all supporters other than directors, corporate, dugout and press. If you include those seats then you get an extra 1720.

Giving a grand total of 31,154

Think it was Lee that posted it

But of course we're MASSIVE fella! And getting more and more massive all the time (not sure that's a good thing)

I've probably been going to Rovers longer than a few on here and even had a Blackburn End season ticket in the Jim Smith/Howard Kendall era because my mam wouldn't allow me to travel to Manc on my own but she would let me walk down the hill from Higher Croft to Ewood... but my Dad brought me up to be a City fan and you can never change!

I know you have your tongue firmly in your cheek, so can you tell us what you feel about all this money? Realistically the last time City could be described as a big club was in the Mercer - Allison era, and even though you have lots of cash City don't qualify for big club status yet. So is this good or bad news?

I blame the parents ;)

Come on! Live video-cam at the ticket office with an electronic counter so 100s of Rovers supporters can watch the figures move towards the 20,000 mark by August 29th.This could become a new sport....certainly beats working for the next 11days.

Have to say im a little concerned by the possibility of City fans signing up to the direct debit scheme and then cancelling. A worryingly easy way of getting a ticket in the Rovers end at a very low price.

Not sure what comeback the club have if people cancel a DD after making the first payment.

Im sure the club will be aware of this......if not they should be after reading on here.

Maybe add a £50 cancellation fee into any new sales - that should stop them - Cant see too many wanting to pay £70 for 1 ticket.

A few of the bluemoon threads about tickets here:

Some claim to have tickets in home ends

Some more fans - some offering to get tickets on their past history

And another offering a history

Only around 200 sold on saturday & sunday - hopefully sales boost abit more now we have 2 strikers more or less sealed.

The guy on here who's mates hadnt purchased until we had some strikers - whats their excuse now?!

NONE!

I think the city poster was referring to a home fans stand rather than the away end.

tis true though - a bit concerning IF a member of the ticket office staff has sold tickets to a city fan. Lets just hope the stewards will be doing their job and and city fans found in the home areas will be made to leave.

Well if they are, hopefully someone will give them a good smack before the stewards get to them.

Anyone caught out in the home end deserve everything they could potentially get.

It would be messy for all parties.

From a Gov. website.Q&A.

Canceling a DD.

f you need to cancel a Direct Debit, simply write to your bank or building society. It is also a good idea to send a copy to us(club in this case) . Your bank or building society can make the cancellation up to and including the due date, but try not to leave it until the last minute or you run the risk of a payment being made. Remember that cancelling the Direct Debit simply stops paying the organisation. You will have to organise an alternative payment method.

So in short they would still be liable for the remainder, unless the club agreed to the cancelation I suppose.
