Away fans -Full top tier Everton, Bolton, Arsenal, Chelsea, Hull, Stoke, Wolves, Tottenham, Sunderland, West Ham, Villa

Full allocation - Burnley, United, City, Liverpool

3500 ticket sales total - Wigan, Fulham, Pompey & Brum

This post got me thinking - what is going to be the maximum allocation for away fans this season? From this post, it seems you are assuming that away fans will have a max allocation of 3 k in the top tier (other than the said 4)

surely we'd be better giving the likes of everton, bolton, stoke, sunderland, villa etc half of the bottom tier as well as the top? This would give them a max allocation of 5.5k, would increase revenue, increase the attendance, the ground would be fuller, better atmosphere, prevent infiltration etc.

There is not a chance of there being any more than 2k rovers fans in the darwen end for any game this season, (save for xmas fixtures, special walk on deals), given the poor darwen end ticket sales, and so it would be daft to leave 2.5 k seats empty.

have you had the 18.6k season ticket sales figure confirmed from the club hughesy?

3k top tier for most - 7500 for the other 4 is the likely outcome, although it wouldnt be a suprise if Burnley's allocation is the full stand, but not 7500. i.e. More like 6000 (thats just a guess though)

I agree it makes sense to give teams like Everton, Villa & Sunderland 5000 if they can sell them. Maybe also for Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham and then Stoke (trouble?) and maybe Bolton (Depending on where they are in the league etc will effect their sales). It is something the club will be looking at - im sure of that......

If they did the above - id expect an average attendance close to 24,500

As for the official ST figures - its not as high as 18,600, its more around the 18k mark.

As for City at home - They have sold out and im hearing that the game is going quite well - id expect no less than 28k anyway!! So if anyone is planning to get a last minute ST, they best get on with it!!!

If you are talking about the JWL wasn't it mentioned before that's where those in wheelchairs are with their personal assistants.

i don't know, it was mentioned earlier in the topic, if that is the case then, they won't be classes as empty seats, i assume that they are paid for or ST, and maybe a reduced cost for their assistants.

Please feel free to correct, I'm sure you will. ;)

You have inside info I believe, and no reason to doubt the source.

If 18000 is correct then there are 1900 seats allocated for ghosts.

Bottom three rows in the RS = 606

Bottom row in the JWL 257, see roversmum's post.

That still leaves 840 ish surely that amount can't be for sponsors and Kids.

Just a thought - what about those seats that the DE season ticket holders have been transferred to for the first game? Those won't be available to buy for new ST holders as they won't get the seat for the first game. The seat I've been allocated for the game is not available to buy.

If true then that would account for nearly 700 give or take.

Perhaps your friend meant the 4th row, i.e.: the front of what's being sold?

She said the chap said "the front row" he didnt qualify it. She hasnt been told any seat numbers though - shes gonna let me know when the confirmation letter arrives.

Also, I presume that anyone buying tickets for the City match will show as being reserved.
