There is no 9am text.

The fixtures are strictly embargoed until 10am. Any other information is incorrect.

I thought the club said they'd send out a text at 9 then Sky would release it at 10am on T.V? Maybe they said the clubs themselves would recieve it at 9...

I send the texts out, therefore I know what time they are scheduled to go.

How can that happen if there isn't a text at 9am?

Surely "before everyone else" means at least an hour before everyone else? I personally think it should mean at least a week before.
