Plastic Head Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Terry Ibbotson who was on the Rovers board during the 80's and 90's died this week. He always seemed nice guy to me, very quiet and personable. Some may also know him for the local cricket scene. He was 76.

Vicki Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 He was indeed a nice guy, and a true Rover. RIP Terry, you will be sadly missed x
pentelrobot Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 I knew Terry when I was a young Solicitor working in Blackburn. He was indeed highly respected and someone I always looked up to as a true professional. He will be sadly missed, both as a Rovers fan and a local cricket fan. My sincere condolences to his family.
DanLad Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Mr Ibbotson was a well known name on the Blackburn legal scene, although I didn't know him personally. It's a shame that he has passed.
