Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 3-1 to Fulham. Lots of reds today. Bilyaletdinov for Everton is the latest.

brfcshabba Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 8 red cards in the Premiership a record for one single day
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Cuellar walks. this is getting crazy. Now Kovac has been sent off I think? Mental
bubblerrovers Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Results gone against us today, after we get spanked today we need to put a run together, would be nice if we can drag our way out of before Christmas, Can't believe some of the results today
RovertheHill Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Another Liverpool player off, Caragher. Down to 9 men. Its amazing, beat United then lose the following game, effectively throwing that victory away. Liverpool fans will be praying for us to win. Dirty, dirty Liverpool. If we had 2 sent off there'd be a premier league inquiry...
philipl Posted October 31, 2009 Author Posted October 31, 2009 Lots of good results today- it is in our hands to shoot up that table now.
Backroom Tom Posted October 31, 2009 Backroom Posted October 31, 2009 I thought there was no chance that after Arsenal, Chelsea and United we would be out of the bottom 3 so all things considered its not too bad.
philipl Posted October 31, 2009 Author Posted October 31, 2009 There is also a mistake in the BBC league table as they have processed Burnley 1 Hull 1 for some reason. Where's Alistair Campbell???
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Just seen all the goals for the league. Giovanni's free kick should have stood and no way on Earth was it a penalty. They had a hell of a lot of luck, Burnley.
they_think_its_all_rover Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Just seen all the goals for the league. Giovanni's free kick should have stood and no way on Earth was it a penalty. They had a hell of a lot of luck, Burnley. Same, not to mention where the Burnley defenders take out Olofinjana in the box after he passes the ball and no penalty given.
Backroom Tom Posted October 31, 2009 Backroom Posted October 31, 2009 Degens red was really harsh but I feel Crraghers was deserved even if he touched the ball he was leaning all the time
roversmum Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 Of course Carragher's red card was deserved. He deserves a red card just for being on the field...
cn174 Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 What a ridiculous decision to disallow Giovanni's free kick :@
Backroom Tom Posted October 31, 2009 Backroom Posted October 31, 2009 Shocking refereeing display, never a penalty either
thenodrog Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 8 red cards in the Premiership a record for one single day Most of those sendings off yesterday were absolutely ludicrous. The only justified ones off the top of my head were Carragher whose been getting away with similar for years and Giovanni who slipped but clattered an opponent when already on a yellow. When are the dickheads at Referee Central going to realise that sending offs ruin most matches and cheat the supporters of seeing the fair contest that they paid for.
Plastic Head Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 If City win 10-0 today we go up a place. Come on Roque.....
philipl Posted November 1, 2009 Author Posted November 1, 2009 Not Premier League but the situation at Rangers looks incredibly grim. The Murray Group is in two of the worst possible businesses to be in- property and steel- whilst the Bank ofScotland was way too friendly with Murray and Rangers which is something that is totally in reverse now that Lloyds have bailed them out of the doodah (and the British taxpayer bailed Lloyds out of the doodah they in turn fell into). Are there any decent players at either Rangers or Celtic these days? Very easy pickings for any Premier League clubs up there when January comes round.
Exiled_Rover Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Our old favourite Barry Ferguson got himself sent off for something stupid against City. Brightened up a boring game.
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Anyone else see "Ladies Day" at BFC on MOTD2? Bulldog with lipstick doesn't cover it!
AggyBlue Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Anyone else see "Ladies Day" at BFC on MOTD2? Bulldog with lipstick doesn't cover it! Yeah, I didn't see one lady
CrazyIvan Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Yeah, I didn't see one lady More like Pendle Witches Day!
sloth_frattelli Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Owen Coyle's wife has a head like a busted cabbage.
Steve Moss Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Any players that we might be interested in at Hull? Sounds like a K-Mart Blue Light Special is in the offing. http://www.tribalfootball.com/pearson-confirms-plans-hull-clearout-418751
Hughesy Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 It is being reported that Hull are going to cut some deadwood to reduce their £40m wage bill - Im shocked that they are already spending more than us on wages - I know they have Bullard on big money, but I didnt think the rest would be earning too much. Maybe we could take Geovanni's wages off them? Creative sprk in midfield, good at free-kicks and corners?!
