Hughesy Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Arsène Wenger has outlined the terms he wants to be a part of any loan deal for Jack Wilshere. Bolton.... Or West Ham??

47er Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Watching Wolves v Liverpool was as bad as any Rovers game this season. It was dire. Liverpool, after Rafa's spent 150M consist of a good goaler, an injured Torres, an increasingly disinterested Gerrard and a couple of dozen journeyman with foreign names.

Aquillani had ironical smile while warming-up at the end. Why doesn´t he get a chance?

An increasingly common description of Lpool this season. BBC reporters at Lpool v City and Villa v Lpool said the same. It's not just us is it?
Hughesy Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Its obvious for all to see - when they visited Ewood this season, I dont think iv ever seen a less ambitious so called big 4 team come to our ground....just a shame we didnt take our chances! Rafa cant have long left..
DeadlyDirk Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Robinho's move to Santos is in danger of breaking down after one of the youngsters moving the other way has said he isn't interested in joining Citeh as he wants to join a big club. Hahahaha Citeh are crap
Grabbi Graeme Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 SSN: Burnley have signed Goalkeeper Nicky Weaver on 6 month contract.
ffan Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 I would not be surprised to see Fulham searching for a new manager in the summer.
Backroom Tom Posted January 27, 2010 Backroom Posted January 27, 2010 Whys that ffan, Hodgson to Pool?
ffan Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Whys that ffan, Hodgson to Pool? Smalling was sold above his head and he is not happy apparently. Fulham need Roy alot more than he needs us.

You should tell that to the @#/? on Talkshite ffan. Adrian Durham was dissing Hodgson big time for giving way so easily to Man U. Thick sod must think it was Woy's decision..... how stupid can that man get?

The Rover of Finland Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 City has Italian influence very much in their game. They are defending well but they dive much too much. Especially two Argentina players. Hot match!
The Rover of Finland Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Sunderland is a sinking ship. Would have been long ago without Bent.
G Somerset Rover Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Regarding the City/United game if one player will cost England at the world cup then I wouldn't bet against it being Rio. Great inventive finish from Tevez but Rio's marking is certainly not what you would call "tight" and he generally looks nervy all the time. I know he's been out for a while but still. Also Bellers got lamped on the head with a coin whilst taking a corner.
Bobby G Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 So happy those never beens lost very late in the game.
RibbleValleyRover Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Could be a big blow to Arsenal and their title aspirations, Vermaelen suffers a suspected broken leg.

sambo Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Don't like United but.... HAHAHA at City. Arrogant pr1cks, from that moron Gary Cook to their fans. Deserved that heartbreak for their early gloating after winning the first leg. Hope Villa win... may get stick, but they, as a club, deserve it more than United. They're the underdog and I'll support them for it, especially with Warnock and Brad (if he plays) at them.
Backroom DE. Posted January 27, 2010 Backroom Posted January 27, 2010 As much as I dislike United, I was delighted to see them dump the arrogant tosspots that are Manchester City out of the Carling Cup. At least United have earnt the right to brag, City have won nothing, had a ridiculous amount of money pumped in by a succession of dubious owners and now think they should be worshipped as the new gods of football. If that's the way it's going to be, I hope United keep putting City in their place for years to come. With United's terrible financial state, however, I think the scales will eventually tip in City's favour.
Hughesy Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Sunderland is a sinking ship. If Bent wasnt there...they could well be in the bottom 3. How much did they spend in the summer? Was it £40m? As for Arsenal and Vermalen - its ok, they have Sol Campbell!
mellison24 Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Would have been long ago without Bent the Liverpool BeachBall. Fixed it for you
jim mk2 Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 City to sign Adam Johnson from Boro according to PA.
Hughesy Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 City to sign Adam Johnson from Boro according to PA. Beaten Chelsea if thats the case as they were confident they more or less had it wrapped up for £5m, with him going back on loan until the end of the season!
