Steve Moss Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Imagine eh ? The Police charging with batons drawn would have the Human Rights Society jumping out of the prams and cots. Occassionally police with batons are necessary. The most recent incident being a case in point. Crack some heads and the "hooligans" might think twice the next time around.

Grabbi Graeme Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Arsenal 1-0 up at half time against Celtic, dodgy penalty for Arsenal, very little contact between Eduardo and Boruc.
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Arsenal? Cheating? Nothing new. It was a dive. Not as bad as Diouf but not far off.
Baz Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Absolute disgrace! Worth about £20m that dive. Just waiting for the "well Arsenal deserved it" line to come out next.
Grabbi Graeme Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 I work on railway and I was at Euston today when some of the Celtic fans were getting off a footbal special to get on coaches to take them to the ground. The guy who's working the football special back from Euston tonight is a Rangers fan
adopted scouser Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 What's the odds that wenger didn't see it??
Shabani Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Blackpool 3 nil up against Wigan Wonder how long Martinez will last, starting to looks like Ince....
Grabbi Graeme Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Are Wigan playing full strength side or has he made a few changes for this game.
Exiled_Rover Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 I'd love Wigan to get relegated. Oh and L'Arse cheating is nothing new.
Shabani Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 * 12 Pollitt * 03 Edman * 04 Amaya * 07 Scharner * 17 Boyce * 08 Watson * 16 Sinclair * 24 McCarthy * 27 Diame * 09 Scotland * 30 King bit of a mix by the looks of it
American Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Absolute disgrace! Worth about £20m that dive. Just waiting for the "well Arsenal deserved it" line to come out next. They didn't deserve that penalty, but if you really think Celtic would have had a chance if the penalty wasn't called, you're nuts. The dive was worth about a fiver.
T4E Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Worth about £20m that dive. Are you ###### kidding me?!
CrazyIvan Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 It looks like Arsenal are playing some wasps...
Exiled_Rover Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 I'd prefer it if they stayed up. They keep us one place up in the attendance league and it's a local away day - and would be one less away for most people per season It's more competition for local fans. If they're in a league below perhaps more people would be willing to come to Ewood. Similarly I wouldn't be too bothered if Bolton went down. It's a cutthroat business after all.
Fylde Coast Fan Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 4-0 Blackpool. Thank christ that's not us..
LeChuck Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Edit: Nevermind, I should read the whole thread before posting.
RovertheHill Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Just watched some of the Lescott interview on NW Tonight. Isn't it funny how every single one of Man City's signings have all said "It's not about the money". As if we'd think that

As if we'd think that Reminds me of Mrs Mertons' famous question to Debbie McGee, "So what was it that first attracted you to the multi-millionaire Paul Daniels?"
