Guys, ive been trying to upload some pics but i cant. Is there a limit to the size that you are allowed to upload?

Also, if there are any of you guys on Face Book please add me.

Iceman you aint the only one having the problem, took me near an hour to upload pics last night, waiting for the damn java to load, and then it wouldnt load so had to install it again and restart my browser...so annoying.

I know of a few others that are having same problems

I just keep trying. The best time is probably during the day especially morning and it's worse at weekends when everyone is trying to go on it.

Just uploaded fine by the Java applet, but the "easy" method just crashes on my home PC.

Each to his own. I use Firefox, could it be that?

EDIT: Oh yeah, I forgot about you Iceman. Facebook image uploading appears to have been breaking, none of my friends could upload anything for a few hours. Might be working now.

If the pics are a large file size, open them in paint and save them as Jpeg. This usually dramatically reduces the file size. Also if its a large photo which is shown much smalller on facebook, on pain go on tools strecth skew and reduce it by 50% horizontally and vertically.

The above will take a normal digital camera photo from around 3mb to 100kb or something like that. Should upload in seconds at that size, whilst you wont notice the changes online.

Ive had to reduce some of the pics by editing it, to make it smaller in size. Seems to have helped a bit, but the simple uploader is giving me problems still. Ive taken mums advice, and done uploading in the morning, when all those teenagers are at school :-)

Thats very true. Thats a problem with alot of games/website. Online playstation games are sometimes Jammed just after school has finished. On a bank holiday it can be terrible and slow
