Local media in Manchester and Blackburn are reporting that Manchester City are set to try again next week to secure the signing of Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz. City are believed to be preparing a 5th bid in the region of £15 million.

City were unsuccessful with three bids during the January transfer window but look set to test Rovers resolve once again.
