How unfortunate for this real budding star, reminds me of junior before he established his first team place - showing some real talent and potential. Will only be a matter of time I think before hes a concrete starter although I don't think he would get on the pitch saturday anyway - Roberts has been bigging up the manager in the media, hes sure of a starting place!

Was speaking to someone tonight who was at Old Trafford and he said Rochina and Formica were outstanding, at least until Rochina was taken out of the game with what he termed a "disgraceful" challenge.

Yeah it seems both are starting to shine in the ressies now....Formica is supposed to be awesome on the ball, just needs to add abit of strength to his game. A full pre season will help both alot!

Halftime, highlight so far for me has been Formica retains ball well and has a good eye for a pass.

lowe and potts are very tidy, if lowe can add some meat on him he could be a real physical force, tall guy. Formica has looked bright, passing and moving, completly sold a chelsea player with a cruyff turn just before half time.

formica and potts have shown real quality. impressed with pearson at the back. he's been a rock and reads the game brilliantly!

I'd like to see Lowe feature a bit more in the first team to see how he copes with the pace of a proper league. He was quite good against QPR, if I remember correctly.

Formica is looking quite lively, very comfortable on the ball.
