Without reading through them all I don't think many if any did, which just goes to show how quickly he has come on this year, I actually went for Gunning who I believed to be the better prospect at the time, full credit to Jonesy.

I was hoping no one would remember this thread... Some pretty bad guesses on my behalf concerning West Ham and Man City in particular... I think I nailed Hughes as first manager to go though, or was there someone before him?

Yes, Hart was the first to go on November 24th, beating Hughes who left on December 19th.

Quite surprising in some ways only 4 managers (Plus Coyle leaving Dingles on his own accord) have been sacked in the premiership this year, not sure how that compares to usual seasons but seems quite low considering all the talk is usually about how quick to change clubs are. Megson and Brown are the other two sacked not previously mentioned.
