Al Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Think its on Thursday That's ridiculous! Why is it taking so long? If he doesn't get his permit how many games will he have missed for his current team?

LeChuck Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I'm pretty sure someone (unleaded?) said the hearing was today. Iceman's possibly got the days mixed up as the initial date for the hearing was last Thursday.
RibbleValleyRover Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 According to Sam in the telegraph its today Yep http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport...Kalinic_permit/ Allardyce said: “We will put up a very good case of course. We have a very, very good chance with a very, very talented player. “He should be allowed to come and express his abilities in this country and show what he can do. “He has a terrific goal scoring record. He is only 21 and scores one goal every 1.6 games. That is why we have forked out as much money as we have.”

modes98 Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Great news. Although not really in doubt. Just a shame he didn't have a chance to play in the pre-season games. Any reserve games coming up he could feature in or straight into the squad for the weekend!
G Somerset Rover Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Now on Official site Official Short and sweet. Why haven't they said "officially signed"? Anyway, looks as if he's here, which is great news. Let's get him in the side for Saturday.
