Sparky Marky Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I believe that Milan are looking a bit iffy at the moment, so maybe a nice spike in the odds on a win for Marseilles...
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 In form Utd to win in Istanbul.....8/15
tcj_jones Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 BOOM! Real, United, Bayern and West Brom just came good!
tcj_jones Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 So what do we think about the rest of the mid-week games? There aren't enough stand-out fixtures on Wednesday, so I'm going to do an accumulator over two days. So far these fixtures are tempting me: Standard Liege - Arsenal Ajax - FC Timisoara Nacional - Werder Bremen Benfica - FC Bate Borisov Everton - AEK Athens
American Rover12 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 BOOM! Real, United, Bayern and West Brom just came good! Was just about to post that here too! Same exact bet. Congrats to you.

unluckymorton Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 BOOM! Real, United, Bayern and West Brom just came good! What odd's did you get on that? Well Done. I did 3 accum's, Plymouth let me down on the first, Juve on the second and had Chelsea to draw on the third. I'll have another dabble tonight.
jonv Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 What odd's did you get on that? Well Done. I did 3 accum's, Plymouth let me down on the first, Juve on the second and had Chelsea to draw on the third. I'll have another dabble tonight. Athletico dropped be 80 bucks
tcj_jones Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Was just about to post that here too! Same exact bet. Congrats to you. Thanks buddy, and you too! rubin to beat dynamo kiev, the odds are great to say rubin are russians champions, won there last 5 in a row, top of the league currently and won 5-1 at the weekend. Don't get me wrong, I think you're definitely on to something with this bet - Rubin's odds are very attractive. However, it's just too much of an unknown for me to risk money on. To my knowledge, they've never played in the Champions League before and they are away from home. As such, I reckon I'll prob give it a miss, despite being rather tempting! What odd's did you get on that? Well Done. I did 3 accum's, Plymouth let me down on the first, Juve on the second and had Chelsea to draw on the third. I'll have another dabble tonight. Cheers man, I prefer to work with decimals over fractions and got odds of 3.77 for that bet. Athletico dropped be 80 bucks Somerset Rover is gonna be piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiised! I was gonna put Athletico in the accumulator originally, but their odds were so short, it didn't seem worth it. Also, they've had a poor start to the season domestically. Unlucky though, we were all expecting them to win comfortably!
sloth_frattelli Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Think Juve killed a lot of accumulators last night. Im waiting on Arsenal to complete my 3/1 'banker'.
tcj_jones Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Decided to go with: Newport County - Weymouth Standard Liege - Arsenal Ajax - Timisoara Benfica - Bate Borisov at odds of 3.38.
Helmshore blue Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 I might get on arsenal, liverpool and barca tonight. Barca is the big risk away at inter, but at odds of almost 3/2 (2.4) they are surley worth a punt
Hughesy Posted September 16, 2009 Author Posted September 16, 2009 Never bet against a Mourinho team at home. When was the last time he lost at home?!
unluckymorton Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Decided to go with: Newport County - Weymouth Standard Liege - Arsenal Ajax - Timisoara Benfica - Bate Borisov at odds of 3.38. I'm gonna go for draws tonight; Dinamo Kiev Olympiacos Inter Milan Reading 127/1
tcj_jones Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Wow, they are fantastic odds! If I were predicting results, I'd probably go for draws in those four games as well.
unluckymorton Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Outsiders treble at 45/1; Inter Milan, AZ Alkmaar & FC Rubin Kazan all to win.
Hughesy Posted September 16, 2009 Author Posted September 16, 2009 Part 1 of my accumulator - Arsenal, Seville, Newcastle, Cardiff.......
tcj_jones Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 I can see Blackpool getting a draw at Newcastle. They've already drawn four of their first six fixtures and are at home. Also Cardiff have lost back to back games and are away from home - can't see them winning that one either. I wouldn't be surprised if both fixtures end in a draw.
waynerovers Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Outsiders treble at 45/1; Inter Milan, AZ Alkmaar & FC Rubin Kazan all to win. I've gone for this as well at 39/1 on paddypower, cant get on any other betting sites at work. Good luck to us both
tcj_jones Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Oh for the love of buggary! Cheers Arsenal, way to blow my accumulator before I'd even turned on my TV!
waynerovers Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 the outsiders treble is lookin alright at half time, we just need inter and az to score
sambo Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Oh for the love of buggary! Cheers Arsenal, way to blow my accumulator before I'd even turned on my TV!
American Rover12 Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Newcastle ruined me today. Had the other 4 games on my sheet hit and they blew it. That'll teach me.
