Sorted my weekend bets.

Saturday:

Arsenal - Wigan

Newcastle - Plymouth

Darlington - Bournemouth

Kilmarnock - Rangers

Sunday:

Man UTD - Man City

Chelsea - Spurs

Cagliari - Inter

Celtic - Hearts

The odds on a Charlton away win at Norwich are very reasonable btw.

Something tells me Notts Co is going to kill a lot of accumulators this season. Definitely overhyped.

Sunderland killed mine, bring on the College gridiron!

I did Bet365, but that was just because there was an ad on the Rovers site - figure get them the click-through credit.

Whats the odds on Pompey, Wigan and Hull for relegation please.

I'm tempted for the same, except Burnley for Wigan.

Posted

Rovers killed mine.

Roll on the NFL so I can salvage something from the weekend! The fun of the accumulators is that I've only given back 6 pounds of my winnings this weekend.

Working 15 hour days is no fun, haven't had barely a second to spare to post on here lately, managed to place a few bets though still and did alright.

Tip for tomorrow

Tuesday 22nd September

Arsenal vs West Brom

Leeds vs Liverpool

Forest vs Rovers

5/1

Almost seems too good to be true, Arsenal should win I feel even with a weakened team, we have a lot to play for in terms of first team places so I expect us to get the win and surely even with Rafa tinkering they can beat a Leeds side 2 leagues below them. 5/1 is a great price for this treble but I'm still a little wary of the team selections.

I hate the Carling Cup, too much giant-killing going on for me. At 5/1 you would need to be sticking a decent stake (£10+) for a decent return (£50+)and a decent stake on three teams (two away) seems a bit risky to me, although I may still be tempted into this. Which bookmakers was it from?

Was just driving home from collecting my tickets from ewood and thought of exactly the same bet. Dont know if a big bet is wise on the league cup, but with odds like those....

I had 72p in my Bet365 account  So I put a quick accumulator on:

Carlisle v Portsmouth

Arsenal v WBA

Forest v Blackburn

Scunthorpe v Port Vale

Stoke v Blackpool

Will yield £11.89
