Ben-2000 Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 That attendance at OT will never be matched unless they expand as they have reduced the capacity slightly.

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 With all the talk about Blackpool possibly in the Prem, we once so a gate of over 60,000 at Ewood against them!
philipl Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 The average attendance across the three League divisions topped 10,000 this season. Three clubs in the third tier averaged over 20,000.
Veevs Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Would love to know how much difference the attendance compaired to ticket prices had on our balance sheet.. just curious as we are cheaper than most teams in the top 3 divisions now.
Mr Maureen Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 The biggest crowd I have ever been in at Ewood was vs Fulham (may 02)30,487. Outside Ewood the biggest crowd I have watched Rovers in was strangely, considering the cup finals, Charity Shields, semis and so on, the League game at Old Trafford, 2006-07 when 76,098 were on. I think this is still the premier leagues highest ever attendance too. We lost 4-1 after Derbs had put us in front. 30,487 for a Fulham game in 2002 ? Why such interest was this a big occasion?
