At least they've got an excuse for bad grammar/spelling/English then.

I wasn't talking about Lucas' attitude, Iceman. You just seemed to think he hasn't/can't play Left Back when that's the position he was in prior to his departure.

I know he played LB, but it was a position that was never properly filled. That changed when a recognised LB in Warnock was signed. Id have Ryan Taylor or Shorey if it meant no Lucash.

Let me explain better...

The only way we could get him was if Anderson came on loan from Man Utd.

Since we already have one player on loan from a Premier league club, that makes it impossible.

No it doesnt we can do another loan from a prem club!!

are the board keeping money back for sam for January? (if so big RISK).

Is ellington still on trial?

How much did we sell Gally for?

A ATTACKING MIDFIELDER IS A MUST BEFORE THE END OF THE SEASON

Isn't Ryan Taylor a right-back? How many right-backs do we need??

exactly! , i think we can discount the likes of taylor an neill , warnock is a left back who can play midfield , nicko says we are after a versatile defender , its more likely he's a left back who can also play in midfield my guess would be ...........

ricardo gardner!

In the light of di santo's injury - nobody has said how long he is likely to be out for. Could not Rovers cancel the loan deal, due to the injury?

hope not he's another injury prone player, we don't need any more thanks

Maybe I misread it but I thought nicko was suggesting a CB/LB not a LB/CM with the money we have maybe he's a 3 in 1. ;)

anderson? come on guys he plays more than half of uniteds premiership games a season on average, he has already been selected for them this season

no chance is fergie letting him out on loan

so lets not waste pages and pages debating whether we are allowed to or not because it is not happening either way

I was not referring to english language i was questioning whether anderson would come to rovers i would say that as long as there is a hole in my bottom we wont get anderson. I know that for a fact, Manchester united paid a lot of money for that player do you think A.F would lose face by loaning out one of his most expensive players. To me it was a ridiculous question that is what i meant. Im sorry for my bad grammar but have suffered with dyslexia all of my life

i am sorry if my last post was unreadable.

Judging by your name I suspect that gives us a window of atleast two hours a day when we could sign Anderson.

It's not unreadable. It just gives the wrong impression.

Surely there's better ways to achieve that?! I don't know how calling us a small time club (or town, its just as bad) helps to achieve anything positive.

Better ask the Dingle PR machine for an answer to that. :D

Hear Distin picked Everton ahead of Villa an hour or so...suspect that will make O'Neill even more determined to do Warnock...

No PMs from the Villa mob thanks. ;)

Interesting choice. Should be a starter for Everton. I have a feeling Everton with the Lescott money may make more waves than Villa's threadbare squad.

Nicko any idea how much it is that we are holding out for?

;) PITY WE HAVE NOT GOT HUGHES DOING THE BUYING

Indeed waggy! (see my sig). Personally though I thank (Please don't use that word again) that it's not Ince doing it. :P

Just heard that Brett has had a setback in his recovery from injury and that is why he hasn't made the squad today vs Gillingham.

Wonder if this could push Sam toward a new center midfielder?

ADB i would rather keep Warnock than sign that money grabbing loser. I know its getting desperate, but are we really really that desperate?

Double standards or what iceman? So you don't see Warnock as moving for money? Do I need to remind you that Neill agreed to stay 6 months until we had a replacement lined up?
