Stoke are reportedly offering £11m for Tuncay and Huth in a combined deal. If so we should seriously look at Tuncay to add some much needed creativity and flair to our attacking options.

With what, we have mardly any money left, at a guess, wages are still quite high, and a lot of midfield, even though they are injured, still on a salary.

"My aim" is to hold our club's management to account for decisions which will only take the club backwards! You CANNOT sell someone for £7m, replace them with a £1.5m journeyman and expect the squad to be anything but WEAKER.

THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. If we stand back and swallow this crap we'll be in the Championship before we know it.

Take off the blue-and-white tinted specs and your "SAM IS GOD" t-shirt - We're falling apart.

I just dont understand this. How would you have felt if Warnock left on a free, and we replaced with Chimbonda also on a free. The fact that Chimbonda is a cheap option doesnt mean he is crap. Warnock had his moments, and at times looked average. If Warnock was consistent, he would be a regular in the England squad. He is a better player than Bridge, and a better defender than A Cole as well. You dont become a bad player over night, and perhaps Chimbonda still feels he could make the French squad if he puts the work in.

The Warnock money perhaps  . Too late now anyway. Are there any official figures for how much we got for Warnock? The Blackburn Rovers facebook group have links to a website reporting £4m. If so thats a joke!

Tuncay will be out of place at Stoke if their reputation under Pulis is anything to go by. Maybe he'll do a little dance in the middle of the pitch whilst Delap lobs one in from the half way line. And £5.m for Huth is about £4.5m too much. He's little more than a giant lump that breaks peoples legs.

Your aim is to be an annoying little ---- (insert what you want here) who people do not like. Every post you do is negative and aimed at causing depression. Are you on anti-depressants or something? I would seriously question your support for Rovers, personally I think your a wind up merchant that doesnt even support Rovers. Iv never heard such a negative 'supporter'. FFS Get a grip of yourself!

Why are we falling apart? Have you considered our team now to the one that Sam took over?

Hughesy you do know you can ignore his posts - thats the thing keeping me sane

I don't think we're short of bodies, we're short of fit/quality bodies. We need to get rid of a good 6-7 players off the wage bill in my opinion then the wages don't keep swallowing all the transfer money. get rid of 2-3 and the wage demands will start dropping soon enough too.

Sorry I meant first team bodies. CM and LB. Givet is a top draw CB and shouldn't be moved to LB.

Thnk that's the point, there wont be any money from the sale, Chimbonda and maybe the rest will vanish away, wages, i dunno.

Just bought a mate and his kid tickets for the next 3 games. He's a Spurs supporter but can't afford to take junior to a footy match, and didn't believe me when I told him it was £40 for the two of them for THREE games. He would pay £40 for 1 game for himself. Even though he has the tickets in his hand he still doesn't believe it!

A full Ewood at those prices doesn't leave much change for new players. On the whole - you can't have your cake and eat it. Remember Mu get £1.3m a gate - I bet we don't clear that a season.

That's where all the money goes. To me it's quite clear - the majority of the Sky money goes straight into the players' pockets, the rest is earmarked for paying off the debts we've run up. A little of that is put into the transfer kitty, along with any money brought in through the sale of players - but again a good deal of that will be used to pay off debts if it's not used.

Sadly we're one of the few clubs in the league that run ourselves like a business. It's frustrating as a fan when you see other similarly sized clubs spending like there's no tomorrow, but that's life.

Oh and Chimbonda in for £1.5m and Warnock out for £7m is a good piece of business on our part. Pascal is a good player.

It's a little odd that we went for years without a specialist right back, now we seem to have 3 and our only specialist left back is Olsson. Givet will surely play at center back while Nelsen is out so I guess that means either Sam throws Salgado in at left back despite saying he won't be ready for a few weeks or throws new signing Chimbonda in there, surely he doesn't think Olsson is ready to be our first choice left back? I've never heard of Jacobsen playing on the left but I guess he could do a job there.

Interesting times ahead and like nicko, it'll be very interesting to see where Salgado plays tonight, we know he can play at right back so I see little point playing him there, he just needs match fitness, not as though he has forgot how to play, should try him out either at left back or in midfield if you ask me.

IF we do not sign anyone else bar Chimbonda and have collected £8 million from Warnock, then that is the final straw for me, questions need to be asked about the board, I want to see where the £6 million ends up- there is no way Sam wanted to sell Warnock and if there is no money for a midfield player- why?

Perhaps Warnock wanted to go? He`s been restive before.

One thing does puzzle me about the Rovers transfer policy compared to other clubs is that ours seems negative and reactive whereas others including Burnley and Stoke see it as challenging and building for the future.

Just watched Sam's press conference and he seemed to be saying 'No' to everything so I wouldn't take it as gospel that nobody else will be arriving because he also said 'No' when asked about Salgado being any closer to playing, despite him in the squad to play for the reserves tonight.

Didnt he say first team ?

The guys wages are ridiculous...I don't know how Stoke could afford that.

Cheers. It does make me wonder. I think Stoke have a local business man in charge. I dont know much about him but I dont think he packs the financial clout of an oil sheikh, Oligarch or Texan billionaire. Good on him for investing in the future of his club though and for doing it without selling off Stoke's best players.

Perhaps he could tell The Trust who Stoke bank with. Obviously their bank dont require any overdraft to be paid of as a matter of urgency.
