Presty On Tour Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Good news to see Reid and Dunny starting! Kalinic and Hoilett up front is interesting, I like it.
Mr. E Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Brown, Reid, Zurab, Givet, Olsson, Dunn, Andrews, Nzonzi, Peds, Holliet, Kalanic. Fielding, Jacobson, Warnock, Roberts,Grella, Van Heerden, Jones. 4-4-2 or 4-3-3? Who is our second striker and who is playing right back?
Shabani Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Brown Reid Zurab Givet Olsson Dunn Andrews Nzonzi MGP Hoillet Kalinic or Brown Andrews Zurab Givet Olsson Dunn Reid Nzonzi MGP Hoillet Kalinic or Brown Reid Zurab Givet Olsson Nzonzi Andrews Reid Hoillet MGP Kalinic
Balwer Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 jonv Phil jones is our young promising RB, he will come on for Reid at half time I would have thought (unless we're losing then Jacobsen plays?)
Grabbi Graeme Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 brown reid zurab givet olsson dunn andrews nzonzi pederson hoilett kalinic fielding (gk) jacobsen (def) warnock (def/mid) grella (mf) van deerden (mf) roberts (st) jones (wtf) Is that a new position we have created.
Bobby G Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Very shocked that Emo isnt even in the squad. Unless there is a relapse, it doesnt make sense especially as he was on the bench at the weekend. Good to see Reid and Dunny back. Warnock on the bench spells a statement of intent, very subtlety though.
jonv Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 jonv Phil jones is our young promising RB, he will come on for Reid at half time I would have thought (unless we're losing then Jacobsen plays?) ahh okay, thanks! I'll be keeping an eye out
DeadlyDirk Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 On the official site it says Reid will probably play right back and Dunny on the right of midfield, could be a 4-5-1 though with Hoilett out wide and Kalinic up on his own, Sam's old preferred formation.
Presty On Tour Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 I see a Nutter is in the 11 for Gillingham. Where's Salgado tonight? The Surf is good down my way though so he maybe testing the waters on the West Coast! Emerton can't be ready yet either.
LeChuck Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 I think this will be a 4-3-3 formation: ..............Brown Reid ..Zurab ..Givet Olsson ... Dunn N'Zonzi Andrews Hoilett ................ Pedersen ...............Kalinic
Presty On Tour Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Andrews as our captain ! I thought you where joking until I saw it myself! Surely a admin error on the official site?
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 maybe Andrews will play at right back - out the way!
Mr. E Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 fantastic then that are two returning central midfielders whom we desperately, desperately need are starting at different positions tonight, instead of integrating them back in their proper places as soon as possible to give them a better chance of forming a partnership again. Not sure what plot BFS is following to be honest.
67splitscreen Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Sam probably sees KA as the captain as he is the only one likely to do a full shift. He was Wolves youngest captain, so why not.
Plastic Head Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 I fear opposition of this quality will be too much for Mr Andrews. 0-0 lose on pens.
Guest TuGays One Cup Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Hardly suprising is it!! 270 miles - Probably about 4 hours each way for a midweek game, in the league cup round 2 Dont let it bother you but i am suprised Blackburn's biggest ever fan aint going
Fylde Coast Fan Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 LET piece today mentioned Emerton was unlikely to feature as he'd felt a tightening in his thigh at the weekend and there was no point risking him.
Oklahoma Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 I thought you where joking until I saw it myself! Surely a admin error on the official site? Or it just follows some terrible choices like giving the number nine shirt to Jason Roberts...
1864roverite Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Andrews as our captain ! I thought you where joking until I saw it myself! Surely a admin error on the official site? UNBELIEVABLE
