I think the problem with No Nay Never is that many young fans don't want to sing it because to be honest it's something their nan's sing when they've had a little too much booze at christmas.

We need decent chants not just crap old songs....

I sit in the Darwen End side of the Riverside. THe only song which really gets going to any kind of level throughout the ground is 'Barmy Army' (and more recently 'Ole Ole Ole Givet Givet). Think there's a message there. Keep it simple. The funny/new chants will get going with 20-30 people but not the whole ground.

What wrong with 'Come on Rovers, Come on Rovers', 'We are The Rovers'..........or even 'Blue n White Army' rather than 'Barmy Army'!

It's about atmosphere, not originality!

Come on Bburn End lads, lead the way!
