Tyrone Shoelaces Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Salgado was awful on Sunday and he's started like that today. Glad we got him on a free. A free !!!!!!!! That's one way of putting it !

Wolverine Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Salgado booked. It does not sound like we are playing well.
RibbleValleyRover Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Salgado on a yellow, take him off now Sam. Tyson will just keep going at him and try and get him booked again.
rebelmswar Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Salgado booked. It does not sound like we are playing well. GET HIM OFF NOW!! Before the worst happens. The man needs more time.
Iceman Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Tyson is one the quickest players in the football league. 100 metres in 11 secons apparently. I had nightmares this morning that they would unleash him against Salgado ... but never thought anyone would be so naive as to allow it to happen after his showing on Sunday. Trust me, Salgado will be one of the signings of the season. Give him time, because you dont become a bad player overnight and with his experience he will find his way.
Mozzer Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 salgado playing right back or centre back?? good to see steven reid back - i still think he is our best central midfielder when fit ..
RibbleValleyRover Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Forest passing it better and putting pressure and closing us down each time we have the ball. All their attacks coming down our right side. Only one side going to win this if it continues like this. Salgado is playing right back Mozzer and Tyson is skinning him for fun.
John Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Regardless of who is fit, apart from Dunn, don't really have anyone who can pass the ball accurately. Quite painful to listen to at the moment.....
Hughesy Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Is anyone watching the game or just text updates??
RibbleValleyRover Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Forest go close again, Tyson just wide. Summariser: "Rovers look so shaky at the back"
bubblerrovers Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What is going on?? Sounds like we've been shocking. We guna lose this unless something amazing happens.
RibbleValleyRover Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What is going on?? Sounds like we've been shocking. We guna lose this unless something amazing happens. All Forest's play is going down our right side, Tyson has a lot of pace and is tricky. Salgado can't cope with him.
PAFELL Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 GET HIM OFF NOW!! Before the worst happens. The man needs more time. Sad to believe that Salgado WAS championship quality. I cannot understand why it would take somebody with his experience to adjust to the prem. If you play against a team in the prem, you do not get time to adjust -it is is either 1 or 2 games. My concern tonight is NOT Salgado, but Kalinic - he needs to score, because at this moment even Davis and Earnshaw sound better prospects for Rovers if rovers had gone for them. Basically it is sweaty Bum time for Rovers and their supporters at this moment.
CrazyIvan Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Nobody closing the crosses down and defense sounds dodgy as hell.
John Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Defence is a bit weak on paper, but the rest has experience/promise and we cannot seem to put any moves together.
G Somerset Rover Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 It sounds like we're getting murdered. Get Salgado off for Chimbo asap. Dunno who else to bring on..Andrews? Nah stay on the bench cheers son. Who in our side can pick a pass? Nobody! Come back Tugay.
RibbleValleyRover Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What's even more annoying is that Sam will bring back players like Pedersen, Andrews and Roberts if we lose tonight or the performance overall is crap.
Presty On Tour Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 We need to make Forest pay for missing all these chances!

beerwins Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What the hell kind of game are we trying to play ? sit back and defend and try to score from set pieces, it sounds like they are all over us. It seems like the team has forgotton how to play attacking football.
CrazyIvan Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Lets be honest its pretty much always sweaty bum time being a rovers fan I hope you mean squeaky bum time...

It seems like the team has forgotton how to play attacking football. Forgotten?! I think you'll find it's been drilled out of them. Yesterday at around 7am.
Shabani Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 think we may just have had an attack.... don't quote me though
Wolverine Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Five Live talking quite a lot about how they have never heard of many of our players. Very professional.
Grabbi Graeme Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 According to SKy were starting to get into the game a bit more in the last 5 mins, Nzonzi passing well.
