AndyNeil Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 proof if proof was ever needed that they are returds ..... chris holland comes from blackburn and don't remember him getting any aggro, yet a cockney centre half gets it in the neck. like i say, proof if proof was ever needed!

LeftWinger Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 I'm thinking of England B against Albania at Turf Moor recently. I'm sure a Rovers player played in that. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/footbal...urn-450474.html Yes it was Bentley....
berkshireblue Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009  I presume SamDingle stands for Samantha , she seems very bitchy!
Derbyshire Blue Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Wondering if any fellow board members could help… Booked flights for two of us to fly back from Basel Switzerland for the game… but having missed games for the last two seasons due to working out here… realization hit me that I may miss out…. as tickets go on sale Monday… Could anyone help get two Riverside tickets? I’d ask Dad, but he’s only been as a guest last couple of years… Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Cheers

sambo Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Just watched most of the DVD, and now cannot wait for the 18th October, when the scum roll into Blackburn. Brilliant, Blackburn End stood up all game, Riverside rocking with atmosphere and also most stood up, creating a cauldron of noise to 'greet' our Claret neigbours. Hope we can do that again come October, outsing the Burnley fans and spur the Rovers players to what will be a famous victory. Can see this game being a 1-1 draw, or 0-0, but am absolutely desperate for us to win, and expect it to be the best atmosphere I've seen at Ewood (perhaps since the last time we played the; what a night that was! ) COME ON ROVERS
Derbyshire Blue Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Thanks for all the offers to get me the tickets on my personal message... see you in a couple of weeks Tris... just let me know where and when T
mellison24 Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 My first Lancashire Derby and I CANNAE WAIT!!! Should I bring a crash helmet, lads? I got bottled at Bolton last year, so what about this lot?
ihateburnley Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Can anyone tell me what time the ticket office opens on Monday? I'm thinking about going and queuing. Also, I've just read that tickets are available on the onerovers.co.uk website - and if so what time would these be on sale? Cheers
niggit Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 I'm watching this one on sky, can only get one ticket and 3 of us want to go. Think it opens at 9am

67splitscreen Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 What a joke, so much for ensuring only Rovers fans will be in the home ends. £75 a ticket, other sites are also advertising tickets. secueryourseat Edit maybe this should have been put it the "burnley home game " topic feel free to move.
Wild Irish Rover Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Well, if there is anyone daft enough to pay £75 to have either a) the sh*t kicked out of them as they are crowd-surfed out of the stadium or an afternoon of abject misery as whatever the result they will have to sit there quiet as a mouse, then good luck to em. Surely there are rules about this kind of circumventing of policing / ground safety policy? £75.... what a joke!
ABBEY Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 I presume SamDingle stands for Samantha , she seems very bitchy! used to be shane but the pastor in yokel land was adament that if he wanted to marry his brother then shane had to have his balls removed and a 3 boobies implemented in order for him to become samantha and as result he /she could shuffle down the aisle dragging her knuckles wearing the white dress stolen from our own johnny monks and carrying a bunch of nettles. They then had the reception on the open land on burnley wood and they wanted a spit roast( it got messy) but instead of pig they roasted three rats and cockroaches and drank the stolen beer off the winos and a good time was had by all.
USABlue Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Which has upset our 6 fingered cousins by the sounds of things.... http://boards.footymad.net/forum.php?tno=1...;mid=2124460810 Brilliant, One gets the feeling the world revolves around them. Glad they don't like it.
roversmum Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Oh for goodness' sake. Whether Simon Garner is there for the half time draw is none of their business. Whose (rude word I am too much of a lady to say) ground is it anyway?
Ninjathunder Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Anyone who trusts a website that has a '120% guarantee' and looks as cheap as that is asking for trouble before they get to the ground, if indeed they ever do.
Iceman Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 5-0 thrashing against Spurs today. Dont you just love it!
1864roverite Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Last series of aay results for the dingles. 2-0 3-0 4-0 5-0 can we dream about the next away scoreline ??????
Backroom Tom Posted September 26, 2009 Backroom Posted September 26, 2009 Should have a quiet, dingle free few days now
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 They are getting tickets for the Walkersteel,Blackburn End and Jack Walkers personal suite if you listen to 'em on 'CLARETSSTUPID'" THE proverbial bullshysters and some that lot....I cant wait to see this one!!!
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 I also have to say I find it ridiculous that no more tickets for home fans will be made available in the Darwen End for Rovers fans....there is a bloody great 'no mans land' in there is there not....whats the problem? It looks like there will only be 2-3000 matchday tickets (if that) on sale anyway.
thenodrog Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 The claret and blue bogey finally laid to rest today! How timely.
