On a side note!!

Has anyone seen the mass influx of dingles wearing their shirts??

I go to the soccerdome regularly and every time there is loads of dingles, never used to be one pre may 2009

You hardly saw a burnley shirt in burnley before they got promoted!

For sure. They now do a great offer down at the club shop where you can trade in two other Premier League shirts ie Liverpool and Man Utd for a new Burnley top.

It's great. I'm going to swap my old Blackburn and Chelsea shirts for a new Burnley one. I'm going to get a no. 9 and Ronaldo printed on the back, because he's like my favourite player. I reckon it'll look mint.

This is obviously going to be an issue at the RBH with it now serving Burnley. I was visiting yesterday and saw a bloke in a Burnley top outside, as I got closer there was a shirtless chav being dragged away by security shouting that he was going to "bang out that Dingle"

Hahaha, if we traded in a Burnley shirt we would get a packet of sweets.

For a change me an't'bird went to Burnley TESCO. ( Darnsight better than the Blakburn one. but thats for another forum ).

Spotted 3 ManUre, 1 Scots team shirt, 1 Newcastle and about half a dozen brand new Burnley ones, I can only assume they are new cause i didnt recognise the sponsor.

Not exactly mass hysteria............you see Rovers shirts all over Blackburn, seen quite a few of the new white away shirt.

Already nervous about Burnley away tickets.

I reckon I am going straight outside the ticket office at midnight, surely that should be enough to get a ticket? Even if theres only 2000.

Sam Dingle: Haha brilliant :P

Think the new sponsor is:

COCK

Lol :-D i cant wait for the matches against Burnley. Should be fantastic, but it wont cause or at least shouldnt cause us Rovers fans any sleepless nights.

I moved to Ossy last year and didn't see any, now there is lots of them. Muppets.

Well they've made themselves bigger muppets by jumping on the Dingle bandwagon.

Team gets to Prem and fans who have never been/haven't been for years jump onboard.

Whooda thunk it?

In other news, it turns out that humans need food.

I lived in Ossie for the last 5 years, only ever saw the odd one then for a couple of weeks they came out of the woodwork when they got promoted, now they have gone back to being ashamed to show their colours...

Have worked in Burnley and Nelson in days gone by - used to love wearing my Rovers colours. Also when my lad played football in the Burnley league (for a Darwen team) for a number of years, when we used to visit Burnley, Barrowford, Brierfield, Nelson, Colne & one or two other places.

To be fair, I never received one adverse comment, although with us being Champions of England I suppose they used to gaze longingly and lovingly at my shirt, wishing they followed the most successful town football team in the history of the game. ;)
