Rovers_4_life Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 1-1, 1 down in a crap first half and then put up a bit of fight in the second. Won't matter come next week anyway. Feel free to prove me wrong Rovers, bit of heart and a desire to wear the shirt would be nice.

Dan Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 My research shows that Hollands Meat pies have at least 30% more calories than a scotch egg. Is this how bad it has got? Let's just hope we don't end up with eggs on our faces!
mellison24 Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 Judging by Sam's interviews it's going to be a cagey affair - ie one up front and not lose policy. He dooesn't make life easy for himself. If he has any sense whatsoever, that is merely misdirection. Doubt it, mind.
Backroom Tom Posted January 14, 2010 Backroom Posted January 14, 2010 Didn't Sam say he wants us to still be in the tie for the return leg at Villa Park. To me that means he hopes to defend well and keep Villa's score down, not for us to attack and take an unasailable lead down as some are hoping for. If thats the wat we approach it I for one will be fuming, we just dont seem to be able to do that. This is Sams tactic going into most games yet how often do we seem to concede early? A sure fire way to get the crowd on edge and ###### off
Steve Moss Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 The Rovers will come out shooting. Rovers to win, 4-1.

mellison24 Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 Remember a lot of those cute girls are not girls. I was hoping he'd remember that himself the morning after and come moaning, distraught and scarred to us all tomorrow.

magicalmortensleftpeg Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 No Andrews or Givet Robinson Jacobsen Samba Nelsen Chimbonda Salgado Emerton Nzonzi MGP Dunn Kalanic Pretty strong but shame Hoilett doesnt get a look in, and yet again its 4-5-1. Urgh. McCarthy is on the bench btw
MarkBRFC71 Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 No Andrews or Givet Robinson Jacobsen Samba Nelsen Chimbonda Salgado Emerton Nzonzi MGP Dunn Kalanic Is that the team? Forget it then - no win tonight, and Sam closer to the door marked 'Exit'. If he seriously thinks that the best team from the players available, he is not fit to manage our great football club. BFS Out.
Mr. E Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 that can not be the team. We are not starting a cup semi-final with Salgado and MGP on the wings. No way.
alexanders Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 Almost happy with the team. We are offensively set-up with CHimbonda and Jacobsen on the backs. Kalinic start and will score!

rebelmswar Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 that can not be the team. We are not starting a cup semi-final with Salgado and MGP on the wings. No way. I agree. WTF? Has to be a mistake. Salgado... against Villa... 451 at home... in the cup!?! Will we play 4 6 0 away?
B.R.F.C Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 4-5-1 at home again with Salgado on the wing over say Hoillet? *bangs head repeatedly off table*
