Do Laws at 48 and O'Driscoll at 52 fit Flood's original template of "young and hungry" exactly?

I would see them as ideal. They may not be young, but certainly hungry to prove themselves at the top level. They are at the 'not getting any younger' mid-life crisis stage aren't they?

I find it a bit odd that it seems beyond belief for some that people other than Nicko have sources.

Although it was funny last summer when someone got busted for taking news from here and speading it as his own info (was in benmaxwell?)

Having said that there does seem to be a few new members viewing this thread now

The only thing I would bet on right now is Portsmouth and Bristol City in a double tonight...followed by Asaton Villa ht/ft on Thursday.

And Nicko said he didnt think he would be in with a shout so why exactly would that cause his odds to drop... the conspiricy theory ###### is getting silly now guys.

Can I just make one thing clear now, this is a members only forum. Anyone who wants to view it has to have been arsed to have joined. These pages cannot be viewed by anyone. So all the dodgy characters from sky, bbc, and all the others are other members amongst us or we're getting a little over sensitive.... reminds me of the Usual Suspects.... which one of you is Kaiser Soze?????

Also it is not some sort of secret society!!!!

As I've said Ricky, it seems some people think there is only one journalist in the world with any sources, so anytime Sky or BBC get a story it's cause they eavesdrop on this forum.

When was I mocking people who backed O'Driscoll? I pointed out that his name was mentioned here, suddenly it was elsewhere and then he was posted and soon favourite in the betting.

If you follow the pattern you might get what I was talking about.

In my opinion he would not come across well at the interview.

We will see how that works out, shall we.

There are over 4700 members - I dont think they all post do they!? :blink:

As for the odds - Nicko suggested about 2 days ago that a certain manager who's team had beaten Burnley twice would be in with a good chance. At that stage, no other media had mentioned him and he was lowest odds of 25/1 - now he is one of the two favourites.

Call it a coincidence if you wish....he linked him, didnt say he would get it!

I was feeling depressed last night but the poor dingles must be suicidal just now waiting for the official announcement.

In contrast, Bolton supporters must be besides themselves with glee.

Anyway isn't nicko barred from dingleland these days so how does he know? :mellow:
