You know the charging cable that plugs into your laptop then into a mains socket?

mine seems to have broke, won't charge power to my laptop. I've tried my mate's laptop which is the same and it works on his. Does anyone know where you could get replacements from?

That sounds confusing. Are you saying you tried your cable on your mates laptop and it worked? In which case its not the cable but the laptop itself.

or are you saying you tried your mates power cable on your laptop?

If you do just need a new power cable, cheapest place to look is ebay. You can get them from the manufacturer but they are usually a rip off. If it's an Apple, it will be a rip off no matter where you get it from.

stupid question but have you tried changing the fuse? you would be surprised how many forget that.

Nearly £60 in pc world. think i'llbe buying one of e-bay!
