BRFC1995 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Benni on, there's still a hint of light in the dark... take givet off to rest our only decent player and bring andrews on to get a career ending injury is the best we can hope for.
Miker Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 This is devastating... how can we go 2-0 down and then capitulate like this. It's Arsenal all over again. It just shows what happens when we try to attack.
RovertheHill Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Jesus - so punching it in is now allowed
promoted2001 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 McCarthy for Dunn. That makes more sense. Still, I forsee more villa goals. If only we kept playing attacking. I've seen so many teams go in the lead early against "better" teams and then sit back from the 20th odd minute onwards. No prizes on guessing how it always ends up. Oh and now it's 4-2...
Tango Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Feel sick. Villa will never have a luckier evening.
G Somerset Rover Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 ref has gifted them 2 goals and we gift them 1 Whats the second one the ref has done us over on!?!
broadsword Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 I'd take off Pedersen, Emerton and Dunn and bring on Salgado, McCarthy and Hoilett. HARDLY MATTERS NOW!
Exiled_Rover Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Ha, you're questioning the referee's competence after that first half performance? Priceless.
MarkBRFC71 Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Well and truly over. Allardyce f*cked it again by instructing them to sit back and inviting Villa on to us after we went 2 up - clueless c*nt. 1 win in what now, 14? Allardyce out tomorrow morning please.
broadsword Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 if we now score 5, we don't need extra time?
Hughesy Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Typical w@nker referee, helps another bigger club out. Cheating tw@ts!!!
G Somerset Rover Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 if we now score 5, we don't need extra time? Correct Bryan. Shal we go for 6 to be safe?

bonerdude Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 if we now score 5, we don't need extra time? love your optimisim dude:wacko:
Amo Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Poor teams always blame the ref. What about Samba's reckless tackle giving a goal and a man advantage?

Allardyce f*cked it again by instructing them to sit back and inviting Villa on to us after we went 2 up - clueless c*nt. 1 win in what now, 14? Allardyce out tomorrow morning please. At what point did Allardyce tell them to sit back?
broadsword Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 I'm starting to develop a real proper hatred of Villa now.

I'm not his biggest fan, but how exactly is this Allardyce's fault? He got the tactics spot on today. He didn't tell Givet not to stop the cross. He didn't tell Nelsen to fall over under a challenge from that ugly prick. He didn't tell the ref to gift them two goals and send a player off.
Backroom Tom Posted January 20, 2010 Backroom Posted January 20, 2010 My hope now is somehow Agbonglahor misses the final, the guys a cheat of the highest order 5-2
