Just watching a bit of Welsh football on S4C.

Love the ((unintelligible) Welsh language and love it even more when they throw in a few "over the top" or "took it well" in English 😁

Plus they don't seem to play the offside rule 🤦‍♂️

It's all well and good when you're poaching a Championship level midfielder, but it won't be much fun when you're watching prime Gareth Bale playing for Spain.

It's just a bullshit rule made up so the big European nations can raid Africa and elsewhere for top talent to build up their national teams.

Not long before the saudis offer a new passport as part of a new deal. Haaland will be Norwegian and Saudi, but prefer to play for Saudi as it is better paid and he can play with Mbappe in the WC. Just wait. International football is no less stupid than domestic leagues, and the saudis has the money to prove it.

What's the fuss about?

That's basically just Wales asking for standard naturalisation laws to be able to apply to British citizens within the UK. It's more down to the odd scenario where we split up into countries that don't legally exist, meaning there's no ability for an English person to become Welsh, but a French person could become Welsh.

Logical to me and it will happen so rarely that it isn't worth getting upset over.

He would have to go uncapped and then go and live in Spain for 5 years.

I wouldn't see much wrong with that.
